Great purchase!
Very good quality pot. Heavy but not overly so. The color is really nice. Rubber handles make it easy to pick up.

Great all purpose size.
Been using it for 2 months and it still looks brand new. The nonstick coating so far has been flawless and durable. This pot is great for soups and stews. My previous pot of same size and brand had just worn out after over 10 years.

Perfect size for me!
I just love this Dutch Oven pot! It's perfect for a medium size roast & trimmings or a nice pot of stew, chili or large casserole! It's sturdy, easy to clean, and light enough to lift when full. The lid and handles have the rubber grips that are oven safe.

My Favorite Piece in the Set!
The Circulon Symmetry Hard-Anodized Nonstick Cookware is beyond the best cookware I've ever owned. In the past i've owned Wolfgang Puck, Calphalon, and All-Clad. I would say this cookware surpasses all others (including my previously owned sets) currently on on the market. The first time I cooked with these I expected to have a huge mess to clean up; I practically just had to rinse it out and it was clean. Having an incredible nonstick surface the stuck on food just rinsed away. Personally, I think these are VERY reasonably priced based on construction and value. I also like that these are good for all levels of cooks/cooking skills. I love these so much I bought all pieces made in this series. Overkill on cookware, but now I have every piece I could ever need.

I wanted to like this pan
I wanted to like this pan, but it has one major flaw, and this may be just a defect in this individual pan, or it may be a problem with the entire line - the lid isn't snug enough to keep moisture in casseroles. We did a pot roast, and while the meat was good, there was no liquid left for gravy - it all boiled down to a crust that didn't rehydrate very well. And for all you gourmet cooks, we've done pot roast this way for years, using a corningware dutch oven and then a stainless steel casserole, and both of them held the liquid in beautifully. This recipe works for us...but not with this pan.I wanted a pan that could go on an induction cooktop for braising, and then into the oven for finishing a roast, and with a nonstick finish. This seems to be an impossible combination to find.

OMG - Great purchase!
Great cookware. Just purchased a new induction oven/stove. This pot is perfect. Rinse with hot water and almost everything is gone before soaping up. Nonstick is unexpected and impressive. Slight browning on pot bottom, not sure why but all else is wonderful. Highly recommend entire set.

It's nonstick inside AND outside so it's easy to clean. The shape is perfect for my needs and the lid fits well. This unit replaced a similarCirculon pruduct that lasted about 18 years.Good item for the money.

Excellent Replacement
This was to replace a pot that I bought for her 30 years ago. The old pot just couldn't handle burnt soy sauce, and after a week, I was tired of trying to get it out. Buying a new one was easier. What is nice is that the ridged area is now just at the bottom. The original pot (and other products also 30 years old) have the ridges going all the way up the sides. Nothing really sticks to the pans and pots anyway. The original did not include a cover, but this one included a glass top.
