Carhartt Men's Series 1889 Slim Fit Jean Straight Leg

I have bough two pair of these and really like them. I wish they also had them in Black and I would also buy them. They fit well and I could not be happier.

When jeans arrived, found that the front area was sewn with some sort of pleating across it. There were actually what appeared to look like 3 from side to side. No problem with return.

Carhartt rocks. No argument possible. Like another reviewer, I bought these jeans because my Levis weren't holding up, and I wanted something that would last. Given the fact that I love every Carhartt product I've ever purchased, I decided to give these a go.Pros:- Thick denim that will last a while.- Triple-stitched inseam for added durability.- Lined back pockets for an added layer of protection.Cons:- A bit tough and itchy at first. But they'll loosen up after a while.Overall, I'm glad that I bought these jeans and look forward to wearing them for several years.

not slim fit jean fit like reg

I wear a 32-30 which is what I purchased and the fit was perfect. The material has substance to it - it's not at all flimsy. I had been looking for the darkest blue possible and they've achieved it in these jeans - I purchased them to wear to casual evening functions with a pair of nice loafers and a decent sport shirt and perhaps a blazer - I want to feel slightly "dressed up" without putting on gabardine slacks - these jeans are perfect for my purpose. I'll be using them a lot!

Way too small.....

I just got them so I can't say yet how they'll wear in the mid-term. But I know this: they're good denim that is denser than jeans that are just for looks, but they're still light enough that they aren't uncomfortably warm. The fight is good, the dye is nice and dark. The pair I got were packed in a large shipping envelope and tightly folder, they arrived with lines on the front where they were folded.

I really like the fit and look of these jeans. In fact, I have received a few compliments about them--and how often does that happen??The material is extra heavy, and the inside leg seam is triple stitched. They look like they will last a very long time.
