Really good for hair, skin and nails especially. My daughter is a fussy eater but she likes the taste of these tablets.

There is a slight lovely smell of lemon anyway After a few weeks, I’ve noticed her hair growing faster and looking healthier. Easy to chew and gentle on her tummy. Just knocked one star off because I wish the packaging was a bit more child-friendly. Will definitely buy again!

This really works wonders. My daughter has been taking this since 6th September and she has around 1 inch hair growth all over. This is amazing as she has really fine, brittle, curly hair that barely grows. She loves taking it and always reminds me if I forget. Looking forward to see how well her hair continues to grow and discover whether it strengthens it. Highly recommend

My daughter has been taking these daily for some time now. After suffering with brittle or thin hair, me, my partner and my daughter have all noticed the difference in how healthy her hair looks and how quickly it seems to be growing in comparison to before. They do not perform miracles but they are certainly helping. The main priority was her health and she has not experienced and side effects from taking these daily.

My husband and I was recommended these for our 6year-old daughter. Her hair is one lenth one side and very much shorter the other side. Her hair doesn't grow evenly and she is a hair twister and pulls it out & made her hair weak. We ordered and gave them to her has stated on the pack, our daughter was excited and asked if she would have rapunzel hair, after 4 days she was vomiting but not poorly, we kept giving these and she kept vomiting. After 7 days we stopped to see if it made any difference, 24 hours she stopped vomiting. We gave it her 2 weeks later again 3 days later the vomiting started. So we stopped and haven't had anymore vomiting, we are assuming these are the cause. We won't try again has it isn't nice for anyone let alone a child to be vomiting. Has from other reviews we read before we purchased along with the recommendation we was hoping this would help our daughter. I guess these wasn't right for her.
