Looooots of pieces for a 1 year old but it promotes great play and vocabulary! It’s easy for kids to tear or cut apart with the plastic kid knives that are included and the details and colors of the fruits and vegetables are very accurate and realistic. I love the variety of fruits and vegetables that are included — it helps build vocabulary for foods that kids don’t normally eat on a regular basis (I.e. crab, lobster — I love that my daughter can see the difference). I haven’t found a way to store it anywhere outside the box so I keep them in the box they come in.

This set was pretty inexpensive and reasonably good quality! LOADS of food items and my kid LOVES "cutting" them in half and making me dinner with them! Bought them for Christmas, a few pieces have bit the dust so far: the Pizza - it has a pretty thin structure and is hollow on the interior so one of the slices was easily demolished by my toddler. The knives are also pretty poor quality and do not hold up to any torque. Nearly all the knives snapped the first week. Otherwise, the baskets are great and the majority of the food items super cute with good integrity!

My grandson loves playing with this food set. The pieces are too cute and I love that you can “cut” them and Velcro them back together again. So many different types of food. They are very easy to take apart and put back together and very fun for kids!

Not only is it really good quality pieces, they come apart to show the inside of the food so the kids can actually see what the food really looks like. My grandson absolutely loves these and plays with them constantly. I cannot believe the quality and the quantity for the price. This is a deal! If you've got a small child that loves to play in a toy kitchen this is a must have.

Love the amount of food for the price. My daughters (3&7yo) use these as outside toys in their play house. The toys are not very durable (they break if stepped on) however you get a lot for the price, so I normally just buy a new set each summer. Maybe inside they would last longer. Even so, my daughters both enjoy playing with these toys, and I appreciate that there are TWO baskets in the set and not just one. Because if there’s only one it will be an argument 😆

My toddler got a kids grocery store for Christmas, this was something we got her to add to the set and its perfect. She loves it she loves “shopping” and “working” at her shop.

I purchased this set as an additional supply for my daughter’s kitchen for Christmas. She loves it very much and plays with them everyday. Although the quality of the made is not as thick and steady, it’s nice to have a great variety of food and vegetables. Good value for what it is.
