The product works as described, is low odor, and the unique brush does help to work the product into the grout. My mistake was using this manual method of scrubbing the grout for a very large great room (27.5' X 28.5'). It was very tedious and time consuming - in hind sight, I should have used the product and rented a floor buffer - it would have done the job in a fraction of the time and physical effort required. Mopping alone did not rinse the floor well enough - it left the floor hazy - so I made a second pass on the floor and used clear water in my upright carpet cleaner vac to put down water and suck it up. It left the floor clean and beautiful in one pass. The unique brush that comes with the product purchase is great for small rooms such as a bathroom or to touch up high traffic areas. The brush reaches tight places and the shape of the bristles grab the grout groove and stays in the groove as you scrub back and forth in the grout line. All of the grout came out looking good as new! However, I was so tired after cleaning the great room that I did not use the sealer I purchased.

I selected this product based on a website rating several stone sealers. I needed something that is odor free and easy to apply for a stone floor in a sun room. This was both...and also the bottle top will accept the top off a standard cleaning squirt bottle (like the ones you see used by professional cleaners), and this makes it super easy to apply. Once you have squirted it on, brush over it to ensure all surfaces and cracks are covered. Spoke with the owner of the company after asking a question on volume sizes available, and they were very responsive! Alas, if you need a gallon perhaps, this is not available. However for my project, about 400 sq ft, 2 bottles were adequate. After it has dried I put water on the area and it beaded up nicely, and was easy to clean up. I'm sure if a glass of red wine gets spilled, the stone will survive getting stained! So, although a little pricey, it's a great product and worth the expense!

I bought refillable nail oil applicators with brush. You will need to refill them a bunch of times, but it’s worth it. I didn’t get any on my tile! I used a hair die bottle to fill the tube with the grout sealer. See pictures. I bought Pack 3 ml Transparent Twist Pens, Empty Nail Oil Pen with Brush Tip, Cosmetic Lip Gloss Container Applicators Eyelash Growth Liquid Tube (5x). There is a video from a reviewer showing how to refill them. I gave the sealer 4 stars because I don’t know how long it lasts between applications.

Very nice solution works well and has such a wonderful scent not to pungent or toxic. Just a nice clean scent.

Easy to use. Less messy than other products I hve used in the past

Disappointed. Worked okay on grout areas that were lightly soiled. But failed on grout areas that were heavily soiled, like in front of the sink, the stove, the fridge, and all the common areas walking around the house. And even two applications didn't make a noticeable improvement. Followed the instructions to the letter, power brush after it had sat for the prescribed time, and then also used a floor scrubber machine. Buy something else if you have heavy dirt.

My grout has never looked better! I can't even begin to describe how amazing it looks. We used this on pur grout and it was so simple. We poured it on the grout, let it sit for a few minutes and used a grout brush to scrub. The dirt and grime came off effortlessly. Would highly recommend.

Left a white film that required several cleanings to remove. I can not tell there is any sealer - water penetrates easily. I have travertine floors - maybe it is not for them??

Leaves a haze on my travertine. Only use on grout
