NerfVortex Praxis (Discontinued by manufacturer)

I gave this to my eight year old grandson for his birthday and he was delighted. In his thank you letter he said his 4 year old brother also enjoys playing with it so I guess it was a hit with both boys. My son asked that I buy the gun with discs rather than bullet shape.

Bought this for my 6yr old grandson. He found it easy to load and loved, that when fired, the disc's travelled an amazing distance. Had no problems with this gun at all. Would reccommend.

I got the nerf gun and it was exactly as it was described, extremely fun to use. I tested the range and it was pretty good I would have to say. I've had a lot of fun using this in nerf wars, and I'm considering buying more if not more nerf discs for this nerf gun. Pretty good price, the shipping was very fast and for the price it is a very fun product. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a mid range nerf gun!

This blaster must be extremely popular because when I bought it a month ago, it was still $25 dollars and offered super saver shipping from Amazon, but it obviously does not any more.Right out of the box, it's a very impressive blaster. The ranges are quite impressive, better than even my heavily modded maverick, and it hits hard. However, there is a downside because unless you have something to fully absorb the disc's force, then it will bounce everywhere. A majority of the time I am looking for the discs and I think it was a good design decision to have made the discs green because it makes it slightly easier to find. This gun isn't the easiest to mod, though it might just be for me, because the screws have very tight "holes" that allow only a very selective screwdriver to fit. Though it doesn't require that much mod anyways, so that's not that big of a problem. I don't like the stock very much because even though it helps give it a genuine rifle feel, it's pretty flexible and that slight flexibility in the stock can really throw off your shot. The accuracy is very good if you have good aim and you don't need to rely on the sight. There is quite a bit of distance between the barrel and where the sight is, so very often, the shot will go below where the shot is aimed at.Tip: Aim with your heart, understand where the disc will land instead of relying on the sight. I don't use this as a sniper rifle, but if you only need to hit a target far away regardless of where, then this is the blaster for you.

Die Nerf braucht zwar lange,weil sie aus der USA kommt aber wenn sie da ist dann ist sie toll. Sehr stabil und ermöglicht auch schnelles Nachladen. Auch die Discs fliegen total weit. Das Problem ist, dass man die Discs schlecht sieht wenn sie im Gras liegen. Im großen und ganzen eine Coole Nerf!!! :D
