Have used these for a long time. That's why I keep getting them.

First, the positive. They don't smell like old-man cream. It has an herbal smell, but is not overly unpleasant. The product seems to work okay for what I need it for on my knees. I've learned to bend my knee a bit before/while putting it on, so it has a little give and flexibility when it's on. The bad news, the adhesive material is extremely subpar. Do your best not to touch the backing (sticky part) prior to putting it on or it won't stick at all. I have the best luck with them when I put it on and then go sit down. It also might work okay if you wear a knee sleeve over the top of it to keep it in place. It's not for an active day like some others I've used. Probably won't buy again.

I’ve ordered different brands previously and had no problems. Unfortunately I ordered a large quantity of these with my last order and I get no adherence. They just curl up. No pain relief without adherence.

These patches work great on my knees! They warm my knees enough that the pain eases away and I can sleep. Occasionally I wake up and have to take them off because the heat gets too intense or I move around too much and they start to peel off. I love these patches enough that I wear them during the day sometimes.
