Awesome comic if you're a fan of Robocop!
I haven't read a comic book since I was a kid. I've been wanting to get back on some but I didn't know where to start. I read the description on this and It sounded like I might like it considering how much I loved the movie trilogy. This takes place right after the first movie and believe me it really does feel like it. It's brutal, Robocop sounds like himself and so does officer Lewis. It really takes you back. I pre ordered volume 2 right after finishing!

Really Enjoyed It
This series is so good! I'm happy and surprised to see how good it is. The art is amazing and the story is hardcore like the original movie. It does not disappoint! Highly recommended!

Robocop is back.
This is truly a sequel to the 1987 movie. The illustrations are beautiful and the dialogue is spot on and it really feels like a Robocop story. I can't wait for more.

Not too bad...
Other than a throwaway line referencing Clarence Boddicker, this story did not feel like a sequel to the originalRoboCop. The artwork was good.

Not for me
Decent art but this book just isn't for me. I didn't love the movie but hoped this could exceed it. It was in line with the movie so I know some will really enjoy it. I thought the overall plot was lame and there were plot holes aplenty. Robocop isn't a character that you can really get behind and root for. Overall, unpleasant read that doesn't sit well with me.

Come with Robo!
In Dead Or Alive, BOOM! Studios created the best RoboCop comics story since Dark Horse held the license. Williamson's murky story utilises both Robo and Anne Lewis brilliantly, but also creates a satisfyingly evil villain in Killian. Magno's highly-detailed line art captures the original characters (including an updated ED-209!) to perfection.
