Super high quality and sturdy. I am over 300 pounds and can use this slant board with confidence. I would definitely recommend and buy again. The grip tape is super sticky and comfortable to use. You can easily adjust the level of the board to increase the intensity of your stretching.

I bought this for physical therapy after dislocating my heel and a subtalar fracture from a motorcycle accident. After just a week, my dorsal flexion has improved dramatically. Painful days after doing yardwork are finally gone. I had been dealing with these painful downtimes for 18 months (I'm too stubborn to go to a physical therapist). Fantastic product, very solid, no concern that it will collapse under weight.

This product is beneficial to stretching calves and achilles. Great preventative benefits. We placed it out of the way but convenient in our home next to a door jam which you can grip for stability while stretching. Quality product construction and unobtrusive.

Easy to use, very sturdy and looks high quality material, and the degrees options are great, just completed one session on this due to sore calves from my Karate session today and legs felt new.
