How it works
First of all this one is by far the cutest of the solar pumps. I really wish it had worked out but we had to return it. Again it’s so adorable so if you’re not as concerned about function then it’s worth it. We are in the Seattle area so the problem is when it would get overcast and there wasn’t direct sunlight it would stop. Or it would only pump a little bit of water and make a weird sound. I would imagine if you were in a place like Arizona this would be a dream. The attachments are really fun and we had it in a lily pond

Stopped working after 2 weeks.
Bought 2 1/2 weeks ago. Cute item for a little tub of water, maybe 6" deep, 5 gallons. Today, a beautiful sunny day, it stopped working. The little pump is clean, the water is clean. the solar is clean. But the pump is not doing its thing. It was cute while it lasted. I have had this kind of thing before, and got at least a summer out of it. Two weeks is ridiculous. I do not recommend.

Super cool.
Very nice fountain. Deducted 1 star because the solar panel does not have a mount or stake. You have to just lay it on the ground which could be accidentally stepped on and break.

Stops working after 3-4 weeks.
Works for about 3 weeks and then stops working all together. Good for the money you spend but don’t expect the product to last.

This works great, changes colours every few seconds. The lotus flower is very large.
