This waste ink pad maintenance box works well as a replacement for my printer. It was easy to install and fits perfectly. The extra sponge is a nice bonus and helps absorb excess ink effectively. The packaging was secure and arrived in good condition. My only small complaint is that it didn’t come with clear instructions, so I had to search online to be sure I was installing it correctly. Other than that, it does the job and is a cost-effective alternative to the original brand. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable maintenance box!

I am giving this product five stars even though I had issues resetting my printer because it was not product fault. The maintenance box was easy to install. Based on other reviews, I was prepared for the wic reset site that looked suspicious. I will say it is legit. I purchased a reset key which I later found out that I did not need. Read further and I will explain. After I downloaded the WIC software, I spent over 2 hours troubleshooting yrying to reset my printer. I am writing this hoping that it might help others. In the end, the problem was my Wi-Fi was not recognizing the printer. When I was trying to reset it. I ended up connecting my printer via USB cable and I was immediately able to reset my printer and start printing again. I am going to list the troubleshooting steps I took, but you might want to try that first. In addition, before purchasing a reset key, they do offer a trial key. If you have never used a trial on that printer. I suggest doing this first because in the end I used the trial rather than the key that I had purchased. Here are a few additional troubleshooting steps you could try: 1. Ensure Correct Reset Key: Double-check that the reset key you purchased is for the correct model of your printer. If it's specific to another model or region, it may not work correctly. 2. Reinstall WIC Software: Uninstall and reinstall the WIC software to make sure it's functioning properly. Sometimes a corrupted installation can cause errors. 3. Run the Software as Administrator: Make sure you are running the WIC software as an administrator. Right-click on the WIC Reset tool icon and choose "Run as Administrator." 4. Disable Firewall/Antivirus Temporarily: Your firewall or antivirus software may be interfering with the connection. Temporarily disable them and try again to see if that helps. Make sure to turn it back on when finished. 5. Try a Different USB Port: If you are connecting via USB, try switching to another port. Alternatively, if you're using Wi-Fi, you might want to try a USB connection to see if that helps the software communicate with the printer. This is what worked for me. 6. Use a Different Computer: If possible, try using the reset software and key on a different computer. I bought this after a YouTube tutorial suggested replacing the ink pad to fix a clogging issue. The instructions were very simple to follow. Installation was a breeze, and the pad fit into the printer slot perfectly without any issues. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quick DIY fix.

Clear instructions and works great!

When my Epson 2720 printer pooped out on me and said my ink waste box was full, I was so sad. After watching a billion YouTube videos, I learned there are a ton of people selling new ink boxes and I had no clue which one to pick. I am the most electronically illiterate person on the planet so I just knew it wouldn't be easy for me to fix... wrong! This kit came with the new ink waste box, tools to change it out, a bag to throw the ink filled box into, instructions, and an extra pad for next time. After removing the old box, the new one slid in perfectly. Resetting the wic code was extremely easy as well! The instructions show step by step diagrams on what to do. It was a fast and simple process. It all worked out too well for me (normally it's a domino effect of chaos when I repair something) so the first print to see if it all worked was a nail biter. It printed beautifully! If you have a 2720 that needs repaired, this is the product for you!

The description doesn't tell you that you have to purchase a code to reset so rather than risk losing my info to an unknown website I purchased a gift card to get the reset key $9.99 and voila !!! my printer has new life the key reset does work even though the website looks a bit wonky.. I do find it kinda shady that Epson sells the eco tank printers that won't even use the entire bottles of ink included before they want you to either send it to them to be fixed or buy a new printer. either way the whole pretense of refillable ink is very misleading, I'm grateful that this replacement and purchase of a reset key works, otherwise my printer would be a $200 dollar door stop.

I neglected to resolve the issue with the ink pad on my printer when it first notified me, so in the process of fulfilling an order for my business the printer decided it didn't want to work anymore, we tried to do a temporary fix but to no avail, had to order brand new inkpad, came across this brand and I am so glad that I did, not only does it come with an extra pad refill it also comes with very simple instructions to reset the waste ink counter, very user friendly, although I did run into a few hiccups and I reached out to them by email and within 24 hrs a very nice Delores answered all my questions and was very helpful, even though I had to switch the USB to my desktop and then dbl checked to make sure it was fully into the printer, a few clicks on the reset program and my printer was back in full performance. I had bought a key for 9.99 previously before ordering from this company and they even offered to refund me even when it wasn't bought thru them. Now, that's great customer service. Highly recommend this item.

Quedan perfecto en L3250.

Lo compré para el modelo de impresora Epson L3110, la guía que viene para descargar el software e inicializar nunca encontré el modelo de mi impresora, me guie en videos en otras redes y con el software gratuito. La ventaja de este producto es que vienen 2 paquete de almohadillas y si trae todo lo que indica, pero no supe usar la descarga a como la tienen distribuida en su pagina. Es importante el software ya que la impresora va de la mano de la vida util de las almohadillas y reiniciar el contador de la impresora.

Además de buen precio y que llegó mucho antes de tiempo, lo recomiendo ampliamente, viene no uno sino dos juegos de almohadillas, pensé que tenía que comprar nueva impresora y no, me ahorro tiempo y dinero, además de que trae herramienta para el cambio de las almohadillas de la impresora, saludos
