Great product for the price! Looks great, though, the light grey colour does seem slightly darker in person. No issues with installation, sturdy build but quick and easy to piece the items together (slightly heavy so may need two people depending on ability). Comfortable to sit and sleep on & great size to comfortably sleep two people. Back cushions also have zips so easy to wash and refill once filling has gotten flat.

This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. I paid for an assembly service, but when the sofa arrived, there were no instructions in the box. The contractors had to guess how to put it together, and shortly after they left, the arm of the sofa broke. I had to run outside to find them and ask them to come back and fix it.Within just a few weeks, the wheels also broke, and the sofa doesn’t feel sturdy at all. To make things worse, Amazon refuses to refund me for the assembly service or the insurance I paid for. Now, if I want to return it, they expect me to dismantle the sofa myself—even though I was never given instructions in the first place, and the whole reason I paid for assembly was because I couldn’t do it on my own.I really love the look of the sofa, but it’s not comfortable, and you can’t even sleep on it through the night. Overall, this has been a terrible experience, and I’m extremely unhappy.

Very well built, the pieces just slid together and interlock perfectly. 🧩The 2-seater section is a little firm, while the chaise section is softer, ideal for me and my partner as our preferences differ. Great value for money and highly recommend.Only possible negative is the back cushions that are a bit soft, but can easily add more stuffing and necessary.

The bottom pull out comes of the rails now and the seat is comfortable now as the stuffing where you sit down is all flat and dipped. Not worth the money if wanting a long lasting sofa or a sofa used on a regular basis

Sofa is easy to put together,plus that it can be from both sides! Good quality for the price!

Ttt try icky to put together but once we worked that out it was surprisingly comfortable and perfect size for smaller room

Probably be okay for a spare room or something but I’ve had it around 2 weeks and there’s already a dip where I sit that won’t spring back. It’s not overly comfortable either. Haven’t tried the sofa bed yet but should imagine that will be just as hard.Update: used the sofa bed twice and it’s just collapsed and is unusable.
