I was very impressed with this kit. The packaging was excellent, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The parts were easy to identify, and the instructions were easy to follow. They even provided extra screws. I assembled the house easily by myself with only a screwdriver and a wrench. Took about 10 minutes to unpack the parts and another 15 to fully assemble. There was a fair amount of Styrofoam packing which made me cringe.The main entrance to the cat house is IMHO a bit small but acts as a natural filter between our smaller and larger cats. We initially removed the plastic flap at the front door to allow unfettered access while our cat adjusts to his new home.The house itself is built quite sturdy and uses real roofing tiles. I give it high marks on construction. It should last through many seasons of outdoor abuse.

Assembly was very simple and required little time. Product is light weight but sturdy enough for my location where winters are relatively mild.

I would give this house 5 stars but because the wood is a really thin, it arrived cracked in one place and a piece was totally broken off bc it was really cold out I wanted to get it to my cat I just taped the cracked piece (shown in picture) the broken piece didn't affect it. Also I don't think it is fully insulated bc the wood is so thin and open spaces for cold air to get in so I bought a heated pad. But Besides that this house is very nice and spacious. If it would have came in good condition it would have been perfect

Arrived quickly, easy to put together, looks sturdy, and attractive!

My Community Cat is enjoying his new house. With three ways to exit I can easily put a heating pad inside for winter and run the cord from one of the exits to an outlet.

Ad made it seem there was INSULATION , , but only sleep pad. Easy to build. My stray is in it. Never expected that.So far so good.

Smaller than expected and the roof is not easy to assemble. Had to use different screws less risk our cat to get hurt.

This is a very nice house for outside cats (or inside as well). It is heavy and substantial. It is somewhat complicated to put together which is not surprising. Better instructions would have been helpful. Also the door that you can close and open was a little more fragile that expected and broke in half after it was installed and left open. Hopefully cats will enjoy.
