THESE BOXES ARE THICK, STURDY & WELL MADE...heavier than a shirt box & can be used for shipping. Worthy of the cost that I paid. (Go to Michaels or a big box store to price any gift box...Yikes!) The boxes are brown corrugated cardboard on the inside & white outside. They are nice enough you don't have to wrap them if you don't want to. So easy to assemble & close tight.You can use them for any DIY gift boxes especially if you have heavier stuff like candles or scent bottles to ship or give away...Wedding Party gift boxes, Birthdays, Christmas...any occasion!Just use any filler... tissue paper, paper shredding, pop corn foam....whatever! Put your gift in, wrap the box or not, it is nice enough to use just ribbon & bow, or just a custom sticker to seal it. If your artistic you can even draw a design on it, it's that nice. Make it your own...Let your imagination go wild!I used them to make Xmas "GOODY BOXES" (think Christmas Stocking but in a box).My DIY GIFT:I am too old & tired of having to figure out what everyone needs or wants for Christmas. My gift giving age ranges are from 2 years old to 72 years old. I was also recovering from an illness so nobody was expected me to do anything. My husband suggestion was...ugh...just handing a $ card to people you Love for Christmas is a little too cold to me.So I decided to just give everyone a box full of "GOODIES" I laid red tissue paper down & I filled them with age appropriate Christmas candy, boxes & bags of Gourmet Chocolates, Cookies, Nuts, English Toffee, assorted Chocolate Bark, chocolate covered pretzels, & custom "Smores Bars". I even found plenty of goodies for the ORGANIC people. You get the idea.I also put in the children's box (9 children ages 2 to 12) a Christmas book to read & a Christmas coloring book with a 10 pack of washable markers & stickers so they could also color & decorate the box later at home. They did & weeks /months later they showed me their decorated box with pride & they all use the box to keep "stuff" in....even the 2 year old. It was an awesome heartfelt surprise for me.On top of everything I put a Christmas card with a personal hand written message in it & an appropriate amount of cash (for family members)....so they could buy their own gift! (Gift Cards are nice too!)I did get a good friend to come over to help me wrap & put ribbon & bows on them.EVERYBODY Loved their gift...NOBODY wanted to return anything!It's now my "Traditional Christmas Gift" to everyone!!!!

These boxes are rather lightweight, thin walled but cut to precision, therefore fit together perfect and make good boxes without any distortion or otherwise. Would make great mailers for lighter objects and artisan creations. They are cut to precision and obviously manufactured under quality control. Fit together nicely and make a great box. I'm happy. The pasteboard thickness is about 3/32", that's between a 1/16 - 1/8" thick.

The boxes are perfect for mailing small items. They have a nice clean professional look and are sturdy enough to withstand the rigors of going through the mail.

I ship many items per day and I’ve used many different boxes. This is the winner. Very easy to put together and very durable for my fragile products. (I include protective supplies as well) I’ve purchased about 6 times so far and will continue!

These boxes are very nice. Easy to put together and they are a sturdy weight. NOTE* the interior space of these boxes is not 6 inches. The exterior measurement is 6". This is not something I considered when making the purchase.

These boxes are perfect for my needs. I especially like the how they close tight. I still tape the closure to ensure nothing is lost during shipping since the mail servce can be so rough on packages. The boxes aren't thick or what could be called heavy duty, but it's not what I needed anyway.

I am happy with these shipping boxes. If anything, they are a little too heavy (for shipping weights). However, they are good quality.
