FAVORITE TRAVEL BAG
This is my favorite bag to use when I travel. It’s a good size where I can fit everything I need but it’s also not too big. Love how you can wear it as a backpack or just normal tote. And it’s held up through multiple trips

Excellent for the price!
I bought this to be my everyday bag for commuting to work, school, etc. It carries all the essentials I wanted it to-- laptop (13" MacBook Air), umbrella, a book or two, small notebook, water bottle, chargers, pens, and a small Tupperware for lunch, as well as some personal items I like to keep on hand like sunscreen, hand lotion, bandaids, tampons, medication, etc. It feels sturdy enough to hold all these things reliably, and is comfortable to carry as a tote. I will admit, carrying it as a backpack is a little less comfortable, especially if you have only a thin shirt on-- with a puffy winter coat, it's fine. The straps are obviously not padded, and the buckles in back also feel just a little uncomfortable on the shoulders, but this seems like something I can get used to. The other bags I was looking at (like Fjallraven's totepack line or Carhartt's convertible tote) were closer to the $100 range, so for this bag's price point, I'm more than willing to overlook slight discomfort-- It is a very light-weight bag overall, so I'm not expecting too much optimization out of it. I like that it has a light-colored lining so I can see its contents pretty easily, and the amount of internal pockets give me as much organization as I need. It's also pretty quick and easy to convert from backpack to tote. I will say, however, that although the straps are adjustable so you can adjust the height of it in its backpack-form, that creates an issue when you convert back to tote-form, because if the length is radically different between straps, the bag will tilt to one side or the other instead of sitting evenly on your shoulder. Not a deal-breaker for me, but definitely inconvenient. I also can attest to its water-resistance-- I wore it out in the snow and the melted droplets sat on the surface without being absorbed. Again, it is an inexpensive bag, so I'm not expecting it to have a hiking-pack level of waterproofness to withstand a downpour, but for my daily commute, I'm not worried that my laptop will get water damaged if I'm caught in the rain for a couple minutes before I can get to the bus shelter or get my umbrella out. This is also my own personal, aesthetic taste, but I like that it doesn't have any big, flashy brand name or logo on it. It's a very understated and clean design. I do wish it came in more colors!

Sturdy and versatile tote bag
Got this bag to take to a conference and it's perfect for that use. Folds up small to pack into a suitcase,. Easily converts between a backpack and tote without having to adjust the straps. Has multiple interior sections - a padded laptop sleeve, 2 open compartments (one of which has a zippered pocket inside it), and a small slide-in compartment for IDs or business cards. Also has an exterior velcro-zip compartment with a key strap. The only thing that it's missing is an expandable side compartment to fit a water bottle, but there's sufficient room inside to include an insulated water bottle. Incredible value for the money, considering some other name brands are charging $70+ for bags with similar features. If you're on the fence, give this a try - I think you'll be impressed!

Useful Low Profile Convertible Bag
This bag is actually pretty perfect for my 1 mile walk to work. I wanted a water resistant east bag to carry to work and this bag meets all my criteria. I like the look and the option to wear it two ways. When empty it’s pretty thin/flat which makes it a useful tote for traveling, you could fold it and put it into a suitcase if you needed a tote.I don’t think it would be a good option for a long commute with lots of walking and public transport since the straps would dig in. It wouldn’t be my first choice for air travel since you can’t attach it to a roller bag. It doesn’t really have enough room for lunch unless you have a small bento style container or similar. It fits my 15 in laptop, mouse, double glasses case, various chargers, ear buds, a leather pouch for essentials, phone, keys, a medium water bottle, a book and snacks.

Good work bag!
It’s a good work bag and fits my 16” MacBook and other work essentials. Not the best for commuters if you want to put a lot of stuff in it. But good quality and easy to switch from tote to backpack.

Sturdy, convenient, just what I was looking for
I’ve only had this bag a few days but I love it already. I mostly just use it as a laptop bag for my 15” laptop and it works great. I like that it has interior and exterior pockets, feels sturdy enough, and I like the option of using it either as a backpack or a tote.

Not what I expected
This is really just a regular canvas shopping tote with some additional features such as pockets and adjustable straps. I would never place something fragile such as a laptop in this (I was thinking it would be more stiff/durable similar to a Fjallraven (totally different price point, I know). But for $25 I guess I expected a bit more. As stated in other reviews the light color will be prone to staining so this will be a return for me, sorry to say.
