So Convenient for Home Use
These resistance bands, which can be anchored onto a door in your home, are a great design. I was a little concerned about how strong the anchor strap would be, but have had no problems. The bands can be moved up or down onto several levels depending on what exercise you want to do. Adjusting the levels only takes a few seconds. The feel on the handles is smooth and they are easy to hold onto. I checked to see if any marks were left on the door from the strap and there were none. So convenient to use in my home gym and a super addition to my workout equipment.

Works exactly how it’s described. Helps with my physical therapy exercises. East to use. Only thing I would change is have store flush with the door. But besides that, great purchase

Manque d'elasticité
Je suis déçu de l'élasticité des bandes. Je voulais des bandes en tissus en pensant qu'elles seraient plus durable et qu'elles seraient aussi challengeante que les bandes en tissu courte mais finalement j'aurais dû acheter des bandes en plastique! :(
