TLDR: NEVER BUY. We ordered this trusting the brand because we have their mixers. But this one is, to put it lightly, PATHETIC. The idea is quite nice, but it is totally impractical. Coconuts will not scrape beyond a point because of the "safety" mechanism and it takes almost equal effort manually to reach this point. Detaching the Blade for juicing is also tedious because the blade gets inserted too hard. Detaching it broke a part and I think it is impossible to get it covered under warranty as they will claim it as user error. Rather spend your time and money as well as electricity on something useful other than this.

It's is very much useful who are using coconut on regular basis. It has best feature for such product usage with all safety parameter. I saw lots of negative review about this product so I was little bit confuse initially but now after receiving and using it I found it more useful and recommend to everyone. People need to understand more about this product from user manual and they can interact with brand service team which I did. It's safety lid is in a way makes it very flexible. As you are paying premium compared to other products available in the market but its worth for safety of our family members only. I eventually suggested many of my friends and now they thanking me for the same

Not at all useful product. It doesn't work without safety silicon cap, we cannot set which side of coconut got scraped & which side yet to!! We got to take out the covet often to turn the coconut side yet to scrape. The collection bowl & the scraper bowl has gap, the scraped coconut gets collected in that gap/hole, difficult to clean this gap or remove coconut gets James in that hole or gap. Waste of time & money..

Really usefull product. It's design is much safer than other products for scrapping coconut. It's not compact but safer than others to operate. Build quality is good. It would have been better if the scrapping blade was a little bigger but for the rest it is good.

This scraper is very useful and use it almost daily or alternate days. It saves time for me. The silicon case is very innovative and feels safe while grating as there is no way of getting hurt while grating. The blades are also nice where the coconut scraped is fine and fresh. It is easy to extract coconut milk also from the grated coconut. This also has a citrus juice and very useful add on feature. Juicing is also very easy now.

The coconut scraper turned out to be quite useless and failed to perform its intended task. It seems like the product was launched without proper user testing. On the positive side, the idea of incorporating a silicon protector for safety is brilliant. However, the SS rotor blade wobbles and is ineffective for coconut scraping. The blade often gets stuck inside the coconut, making it difficult and risky to remove due to its sharpness. I returned the product.

Nice product but difficilt to use. Dead investment for me.

Disappointed with Preethi Coconut Scrapper I recently purchased a Preethi coconut scrapper through Amazon. Unfortunately, upon receiving the item, I discovered it was defective. When I contacted Amazon customer care, they advised me to reach out to the Preethi brand service center. However, after contacting the service center, they were initially hesitant to send a technician for repair. Thankfully, after some back-and-forth, they scheduled a visit for next Monday. While I understand that defects can happen, this whole experience has been inconvenient. If I had purchased the scrapper from a local store, I could have inspected it beforehand and ensured it was working properly.
