While the features advertised by the seller offer general information and details to make an educated purchase; I failed to notice it does not support android devices. It does work with android phones which usb-c port supports video output. I'd recommend checking that up first. Other than that, it provides a seamless and reliable connection. It can help improve internet connectivity thanks to the Ethernet port.

This product has worked great so far but the only reason I ordered it was because it said next day delivery but didn’t get the product until a week later. I understand things happen but it wasn’t due to carrier delay, it was shipped about 3 days later so why advertise it as available for next day delivery?

I bought 3x of these in Oct 2023, and I just had 1x die this morning. I was using it for 1x USB port, RJ-45 Ethernet, and USB-C PD power pass-through (i.e., not using all ports). The docks are generally convenient and simple / as described; however, based on my experience (and then scanning other reviews), there do seem to be occasional quality issues. So far, I've had 2/3 continue working and 1/3 die in less than 3 months. I'll try to update this if I have further failures. In it's current state, the power pass-through seems to still work, but the ethernet adapter and USB connections no longer function--they report over-current issues.
