Works well
Overall - I would give 4.5 for minor imperfection this set has.It is easy to install. I do not know how to describe it better.Value for the money. Virtually any reverse osmosis system is money efficient. This particular one pays back in a few months. This is my second set. After 3 years of usage, the first one started making noise due to AirGap Fauset got clogged. There is an option to buy a new AirGap for about ~$ 50-60.I decided to get the whole set. There are multiple reasons why I wanted to do so:1) Replace the AirGap.2) Replace the tank. (Just get a new, clean one)3) It was time to replace the RO membrane. (2 to 5 years). The RO membrane is the most expense filter in this set.4) We use it so often and it work so well so I felt there is no reason trying to save a few dollars on such an important element.Installed the second set. It works just fine. Some observations:We purchased the first set at Cosco. At that time Pure Blue H2O was a startup - there was no option to order filters online for our city (due to the imperfection of their website)Nothing could be found on amazon for this system.Since then everything changed. All elements are available online. The design of some components of the system has been slightly modified. The best of all is that all of my family members like the quality of the drinking water provided by the system.Quick update:I just tested it with TDS.Readings before filters ~520.After the filters, it is ~50-60.In another location, we use 3 stages of the reserve osmosis system.tap water is ~620After the filter ~38-42

Third one I've bought in 10 years, because I move a lot
Every time I move, I leave it with the house. The fact that I can get the same unit after a decade, and still have filter support, says tons about this company. Works perfect, no leaks. I recommend it to my friends.

easy easy easy
Easy to Install, easy to change filters.Water runs quiet (some reviews mentioned it being noisy)but not that strong (i am not sure but around 60gpm?)Other RO require outlet under sink, but was worried about blackout.Overall, satisfied.I had APEC system before.Frist year filter change - okSecond year filter change - failed. It was just too hard to maintain.

Good system
This is my second Pure Blue RO system. It works fantastic and installation is easy. However one thing I learned is to buy a metal angle stop adapter. This the part that attachesto the water supply line. Pure Blue provides is a chintzy plastic one that is easy to strip and proneto leak. Amazon sells metal angle stops for $15, which is well worth the headace you will save yourself.

Great RO System
Easy to install and use. The water flavor is far better than bottled water and far more economical. This is is the 3rd one we have used, in 3 different locations.

Tank leaks
This was my second installation of an RO unit so I’m pretty familiar with how they work. This unit looked like the filters were easier to replace so I gave it a try. This unit had multiple leaks and has an air gap window on the faucet which constantly leaked. The way the hose attaches to the tank makes no sense to me and boy did it leak. I tried everything I could think of. Ultimately I had to throw it away. Waste of time and money.

Great system gets 3 stars for sub par install kit.
The supplied 4' lengths of tubing are too short to really be useful. Buy longer 1/4 feed and 3/8 tank line if you want a clean install. Also, the angle stop adapter is cheap, and cannot be indexed. If it's tight when pointing directly at the wall you're SOL, turning it another 90* will strip the plastic. Replace that with a John Guest angle stop adapter.Last, it's slow. Which is no fault of the system, you really don't quantify how slow 50gpd actually is until you see it.
