This is the only probiotic product that has ever produced noticeable gut relief for me. I bought it for the bovine collagen, the probiotics was a plus.This is super easy to use, I put a scoop in my coffee every morning (that's a keto diet, bullet proof coffee thing if you're unaware). Even though I no longer do keto diet, I still like this morning routine. It does not change the flavor of my coffee at all. I previously used plain bovine collagen, but decided to try this since I was recovering from an illness and my stomach was not feeling the best. I noticed immediate results.I also like to add this to some incomplete protein meals or snacks since I'm training and trying to gain muscle mass. I know most don't use it like that, but I think it really boosts the proteins in a basic PBJ sandwich.

Item arrived unopened. It was a surprise to see that container is half empty. This is the first time I bought this product and it will definitely be my last. I will stick to other brands that I used in the past. I have never encountered this situation. For the price paid to get half of the wight decribed it is ridiculous. Definitely not worth it.
