After using the Philips CX 5535/11 tower fan for a few days, I’m genuinely impressed. The bladeless design feels modern and safe, especially with kids around. Setup was effortless, and the fan is incredibly lightweight, making it easy to move from one room to another. The airflow is powerful enough to cool a medium-sized room quickly. I found the Quiet Sleep mode especially useful at night—it’s barely audible and didn’t disturb my sleep. The touchscreen panel is sleek and very responsive, while the remote adds real convenience. I also appreciated the timer function, which helps avoid unnecessary power usage. Even during the day, it stays relatively quiet on medium settings. The oscillation function distributes air evenly without feeling too direct. It’s surprisingly energy-efficient and hasn’t caused any spike in my electricity usage. The aroma pad slot is a nice bonus—adds a subtle fragrance to the room. While it’s a bit pricier than regular fans, the features and quiet performance justify the cost. I wanted a tower fan for the summers. I use a Dreo one at my home, but since I couldn’t find it in India, I chose this Philips model. Pros - Decent build quality, that's it! Cons - It doesn’t serve the basic purpose of a fan. Does not produces enough airflow. My parents prefer using a small Bajaj table fan over this, which is 5times more effective than this. That’s how bad it is. Absolute RUBBISH. It’s now lying in a corner because nobody wants to use it. Worst part - Amazon India doesn’t allow returns if you don’t like the product. They sell such underperforming products but won’t take them back. Makes no sense. Absolutely disappointed. Rubbish product. Do not buy.

Best thing I loved is the aroma diffuser in this, just use any fragrance oil drops in it and you will have room freshner too. Overall, it’s working well for daily use.

Product is very good and its delivering good airflow. If you are costal area, please don't purchase. It won't give you the expected for the weather conditions. Noise level is near to zero. You will never feel that fan is running around. But, its better philips would have been worked more effectively to deliver best airflow in this price range. It gives you royal look at home. Overall price is higher side and performance is not so good.

I got this primarily to help us deal with this extreme summer heat. I have broken down the Pros and Cons below. Pros 1) Very silent 2) Nice and sleek 3) Has a decent air flow 4) the air is cool and refreshing when it hits you Cons 1) The shape of the tower means the air flow is narrow, meaning if you have 2 people sitting next to each other and if the swing is switched off, you could have one person getting the air and the other not getting any! For more than 1 person you need to enable the swing mode 2) The swing is as described on the box is just 60 deg. So you and your guests need to ensure you are crowded within that angle to enjoy its breeze 3) The remote will work only when it is pointed head on to the tower fan, this means when the fan is on swing mode and is pointing away from you the remote will not work. You need to wait for the fan to swing into your direction to operate it 4) The remote is more a fad and is practical only to switch on and off. Although it can control all the operations there is no indication on the remote to let you know what mode it is operating in 5) The best use case for this is if you are a single user working on your desktop to set this up close to your table but anything beyond this use case it fails It's not of a great use if you expect anything more from it and you will end up disappointed.

The airflow is smooth and quiet, perfect for bedrooms. Love the touchscreen and remote it’s very convenient. Also consumes less power and is easy to move around.

This is my 100% genuine review. The product is not worth it. It is too expensive plus it is not at all powerful as opposed to some reviews you would’ve read. It blows very basic air and it doesn’t serve the purpose of beating the beat. look wise it’s very elegant, touch features are awesome but the main feature which is cooling is not right. If you very rich and looking for elegant looking tower fan, then buy it but not for any other purpose

Works great. Wish it had more speeds, I would like lower first speed.
