Vivere Hammock Stand Wheel Kit

I bought my  Vivere Double Cotton Salsa Hammock with Stand - Multi-Colour  over a year ago, and love using it. It's normally placed on a lawn but to avoid damaging the grass I move the frame around, and obviously have to move it away completely when I want to cut the grass. It's not impossible to move, but is easier with two people so I decided to order this wheel kit to make things easier.It seemed comparatively expensive which is another reason why I hadn't bought one sooner, but having seen the kit I can understand the price. The set is a lot more solid than the pictures suggest, with proper metal wheels and good quality solid tyres fitted. The bracket is strong too and didn't lake long to fit, although I didn't have any instructions supplied. I am now able to lift one end of the hammock in order to lower the wheels to the ground at the other end. Then I can simply manoeuvre the entire frame around single-handed and without issue, and without risking damage to the hammock frame through twisting. I wish I'd ordered one sooner.

I am so glad I got these at the same time as my hammock as they make moving it around so easy. So simple to move from shade to sun and back as you please. Easy to attach to the hammock frame. Definitely recommend them.

This product somewhat works. That said, I would advise you only buy these wheels if you have limited mobility and/or strength, and your ground is flat and level. Put simply, they are not necessary. The hammock is surprisingly lightweight and easy to lift into position (I suspect for most people). I bought them whilst they were on sale for better than half price and still feel the expense was unnecessary. Imagine paying the full £50+!!!

The wheels are so useful to move the hammock without lifting it. A shame that these are not standard with the Vivere hammock...We had the hammock frame and wheels (not the hammock fabric itself) outside all spring and summer and it still looks good.

Easy and quick to put together but we have only had it a few days and one of the wheels bearings is missing a part so the wheel fell off.

Bracket was poorly angled so wheels are wonky. Lucky for me that doesn't matter too much for how I'm using them and couldn't be bothered going through the hassle of getting it replaced.
