Because of the reviews. I was anxious to open the package and see for myself. I ordered 2 and this review is for the blue and white dress. First, no weird smells so bonus there. But I was surprised at how sturdy (I'm using that adjective to counter flimsy) this dress is. It's fully lined and really well made. It's fully lined and both the lining and the dress fabric are divine. I was so incredibly and pleasantly delighted.So I hopped to it and tried it on. The strap length was perfect as is, but it's so nice that there are button adjustments in the back. I'm not normally a lover of a tube top type around the bust (I'm over 60) but this is modest and not at all cheap and weird feeling (I have an aversion to chasing my youth). I had a regular bra on, and it didn't align with the cut of the dress so I'll be wearing a strapless one when I really wear it. Side note: if you wear a shrug or jacket wearing a regular bra probably won't be an issue.I really don't care about no pockets. Sometimes they bow out next to the hips and don't sit nicely so I'd rather not have them at all.For sizing, Amazon recommended I choose XL. I chose L and I'm super happy I did (my measurements are in both size charts) but I used the reviews here and the fact that this isn't a form fitting dress or bodice to scale down. I'm 5' 8" tall and straddle sizes 14-16-18 depending on the cut and fabric.But the most exciting part is that everyone was right about the wrinkles: I put this on a hanger last night and this morning they are virtually all gone. So you can bet this is traveling with me soon!

I LOVE this dress! My hubby loves this dress and is amazed at how well something I ordered online fits so well! I was on the fence about the size based on other reviews. I’m 5’5” 152-155 lbs, 38/40D and I ordered a Medium, and while it was comfortable, I felt it was a little too boxy! I ordered a small in the green and I LOVE it. It has quite a bit of stretch and the fit is fabulous! I exchanged the Medium for the small in this beige print! I love how flowy and cool it is, and the fact that you can adjust the straps and can prob get away without wearing a bra! Something I’d normally never consider, given my size. I never have any luck dress shopping in the stores, but wow, this one wins the prize!

Pretty dress! An XS would’ve been better. I’m a 32 band in bras and this is a bit loose. The outer material is not breathable, especially in the Florida heat and humidity. I got caught in the rain and it pretty much felt like a plastic bag. I already took the outer tag off so I’m going to keep it but otherwise it would go back. It’s hot. It will probably be cute in fall/winter with a little jacket.

I absolutely LOVE this dress. I bought the paisley pattern and it is beautiful. I don’t usually wear a lot of dresses but I kept seeing this in my recommendations and I eventually had to get it. It is truly flattering with my mid-section being my problem area. It is also lightweight and soft, and has a lining underneath which adds to its softness. The elastic waist and bust area is not tight which I also like because it’s doesn’t constrict me. It can be worn with or without a bra which is an added bonus, plus it’s not too long. I’m 5’1 and was concerned about the length. But it hit right above my ankles making it perfect for heels or dressy flats/sandals. I will purchase this style again in other colors. I definitely recommend it.

We first bought this brand dree for my 12 year old daughter's birthday. It was a pastel green dress. She loved it. It's quality is superb. So I purchased for myself later. I usually go with size large 5 feet 3 inch, weight 152 lb. But because of smoked pattern at the front medium also will fit. Their clothing quality is amazing and apart from that on their spaghetti sleeves they had button to adjust the length. That's a great blessing. The only cons are the price. I am a fan of grace Karin dress now but waiting for sale.

Very pretty dress, but it wasn't what I was expecting. I was looking for something more lightweight and summery, which, to me, this isn't. There is not a traditional strap adjustment, but there are buttons on the back of the strap, hidden on the back of the dress so if the initial length doesn't fit, you can move to the next button. It's just not very flexible; you get one or the other, whereas with a traditional strap adjuster, you have more options, and it is much more customizable. But, that said than you see it which can sometimes read less expensive. There wasn't a weird smell. The color is pretty and true to what is advertised. It didn't fit my torso right, so I had to return it.

I purchased a couple of dresses for my child’s HS grad, this is the one that made the cut. It is so high quality! The print is lovely for summer, the purple and orange flower pattern is so sweet. I purchased a small and I’m about 118, 5’3” with a large bust. The top accommodates a large bust, no problem. I always have an issue with straps being too long and I was very happy that the straps were adjustable. I used them on the shortest setting. The neckline is very flattering, I thought the bow would annoy me, but it doesn’t. The dress is a little long for my height but it doesn’t graze the floor or anything. It comes down to just above ankle length at its lowest point and looks great with platform sandals. It is lined and the lining is not cheap material, so it doesn’t bunch. My only wish is for it to have pockets but I do think not having them makes for a slimmer silhouette.

This is a great dress! I purchased the one labeled beige. Great quality & beautiful pattern. My only piece of advice is to size down. I bought a medium because other reviewers around my size (5’5 - 155 lbs.) said that is what they purchased and they loved it, but I personally don’t love the fit of it. The top part is SO stretchy and I think it feels too loose. It is still very cute & wearable, but I wish I would’ve purchased a small. Length is good for my height. It’s pretty long but short enough to not touch the ground and still show my feet.
