Scholl Orthaheel Gel Heel Pain Reliever 1 Pair - Small

Very good insoles, really well made, very comfortable to wear. I have flat feet and also suffer of plantar fasciitis. The pain is unbearable at times so I went on a shopping spree and spent about £60 on Amazon on insoles, special socks, trainers etc. So far the only thing that I DEFINITELY KNOW THAT WORKS are these Scholl insoles, I wear them inside my heeled boots and they provide enough relief that I can walk almost without any pain at all. Everything else failed up to date so I'm really grateful I've found these. Cheaper than on the high street too!!!

They can make shoes feel a little tighter but they don't slide about which is something I was worried about. I've been using them every day for weeks now and they have helped immensely with the pain. Although my feet are not painfree, they are certainly better.

I have suffered from intermittent plantar fasciitis over a number of years as a result of sports and having a job which involves a lot of time standing. I started using these inserts about 6 months ago to relieve the pain I was suffering from in my heels during the working day. They really do help, and the pain in my heels has all but disappeared. They are easy to fit and can easily be transferred between different pairs of shoes. In addition to using these inserts I also undertook a series of stretching excercises recommended by a physiotherapist. Whilst the inserts alone may not have given full relief, as part of a balanced treatment approach they have proven to be excellent.

I was told to get this while receiving physio for a torn Achilles tendon. Its purpose is to reduce the impact of a hard surface on the heel, thereby giving the tendon support. As it's apparently easy to re-injure the tendon, I've been told that I'll have to wear the gel heels indefinitely. With continuous use, they need replacing annually so it's not cheap. However, they are extremely comfortable and slightly alter my gait - for the better!

These insoles fitted well without making my shoes feel too small.I brought them to help my condition of plantar fasciitis. I am pleased they appear to have helped to relieve the pain and hope this continues.

These were a little too flimsy and not solid enough to do the job. They are ok, but I had to go out and buy better versions from a chemist where I could see rather better what I was buying.

After suffering for several months with pains in my ankles and calves due to an injury a couple of years ago, and going back and forth to GP/Physio I was despairing. However, these have been an absolute life saver! I felt relief almost immediately and can honestly say that now, after about 5 months, I no longer have any pain (the odd twinge now and again) and am back to being able to do exercise again. Please don't ever stop making these!
