First off, for the price, you can’t go wrong. I was able to do a lot out of the box. The these pulleys are very nice and much nicer than what you can get at Home Depot. They have an extended bracket allowing you pass through the cable without disassembly. The pulleys are nice and silent and MUCH better than my other Home Depot pulley.I was surprised that I can pretty much do everything I wanted with the existing cables. The lengths are perfect with the additional chains. The cables are inexpensive so if I need more I can buy them. I also like these cables over building my own because they have the rubber stoppers built in.The attachments seem to be high quality, especially the rope. I do think the one straight handle is a little too short so I recommend buying a proper lat pulldown bar that will also help with doing curls and other lat exercises.My next recommendation for a purchase is to buy another pulley. I went and bought the upgraded pulley that comes with another strap and carabiner. That 3rd pulley opens up a lot more exercises including lat and bicep exercises. Super excited about that.If you’re on the fence, I don’t believe you can go wrong here. The price is perfect.

Easy way to add an almost functional trainer aspect to a standard power rack. I installed I-bolts to the top of my posts instead of using the straps and it works out perfectly. The pulleys are smooth and quiet, the cables are a decent length and feel sturdy enough to handle whatever my rack can candle. Would recommend.

I have been easily able to use a ceiling anchor and my existing weights to create cable systems. Easy to use and change with the amount of cables and clips!

I'm super impressed with this pulley system. Easy to use and it's good value. Everything is high quality and well made. The straps are strong and the pulley is nice and smooth. Highly recommend.

Actually one of the best home gym purchases outside of a bench and rack. You really have to get creative to find what you can do with these but once you get a good base set of workouts to do they work great. Seem strong enough to hold a bunch of weight (see last photo [I weigh 225+ a 45 on the pin]). Plenty of variation with different cable attachments or a second set of this product. If the pulleys ever got gummed up or squeaky easy fix with some bicycle chain lube, carabiners don’t seem like they’ll snap like other reviews say but those can be ordered for cheap online anyway. 10/10 recommended

I now have essentially a pulley system at home for so cheap!! I have a horizontal bar mounted in my doorway for my yoga body- I just clip the pulleys to that bar and utilize it for any amount of weight I want - it works amazingly well! For a low exercise setup I move the bar to bottom of the door and do the same thing! The bar with 2 inch long nails is rated to hold 400+ !

I upgraded my home (garage) gym equipment and this was a key piece of it. This has made a huge difference in my range of exercises I can perform at home, but more importantly, it has significantly increased my workout quality and results. This is a well rounded set that allows a wide range of workouts. I have a crossbar at the top of my squat rack that I can hook the top pulley to, this is way better than installing a hook or eye-bolt in the ceiling.The pulleys are very smooth, and the cables have a good quality coating that has shown no wear over the past few months. I have had 180 lbs on it before I ran out of room on the weight bar, and it is still smooth as butter with that weight. I haven't had any concerns that it will fail while using it.My only gripe is that the weights will swing forward and back with some workouts and it can affect my balance - ultimately that's the nature of this equipment setup and doesn't negatively impact my rating or review.Overall I'm very happy with this purchase, I use it multiple times a week, and I highly recommend this to anyone.

This COULD be an absolutely amazing product but it has one major annoying flaw. The sides of the pulleys are so far away from the brackets that as soon as there’s any slack in the cables they slip off the pulley and then get trapped as in the pics. It makes changing weights, positions, or virtually anything else a pain and taking too much time. Lastly, these loading pins (not exclusive to this kit) need some sort of better way to add/remove weight. Way too much opportunity for an accident there.

Not enough room for a true home gym but I really missed cable exercises. This is well worth the money. The bag it really nice to pack it up. I've just been using my chin up bar to attach it to.

Men med lite fantasi så går det att få till och det mesta man behöver ingår.Ett minus är att repet kan hamna vid sidan av taljan och då låser det sig. Detta händer inte när den sitter uppsatt utan mest när man håller på och plockar upp den på ett nytt ställe.

All you need for a home workout... There are plenty of pieces to make it work in your own space, using different combinations. The rollers are silent, as advertised, and the overall feel of the kit is solid and useful. The only criticism, if any, is that the carbiners are fierce and need care when changing grips. Would buy again!
