A fantastic life changing watch. The best I’ve found.
First I want to thank the manufacturer for creating and bring to market such a fantastic watch. The directions are clear and well written. The watch fits great on my wrist. Very comfortable. I highly recommend that it be worn securely on the wrist to achieve accuracy of all data retrieved.Although there are a ton of negative reviews regarding the app used (H Band), I found the new release of it excellent. When I received the watch, I charged it for about 2 hours before use. When I plugged it in, the face of the watch turned on and showed the percent charged. A very good feature while charging it. I often went back to the watch while charging and pushed the on/off button and it showed the percent completed.I looked at the wrist bands and initially scratched my head. There were what looked like, standard watch pins at each end and noticed on the watch that there were two inserts. I made sure that the band with the clasp was on the top of the watch and gently pushed it the slot. It snapped in place so I did the same with the other band. Both seated securely.Next came pairing the watch to the H Band app. I took my time and all went fine with my IPhone XR. One of the first items I had to answer was my skin color. I matched it and continued the setup flawlessly. I’m using IOS 16.5 at the time of setting up the app. After a week of constant monitoring the results of this watch, I purchased a second one. This watch has changed my life for the better. I won’t want to be without it. I turn 75 this year.I have verified each output readings from the watch constantly. The Blood pressure, glucose, oxygen levels, and heart rate were checked and verified by external readings and all were + or - 5%. Regarding the blood glucose levels, I decided to set the private mode in the “Mine” category., and tapped on the > to right if the watch name. Then turned on the private mode and selected 117mg when fasting. For me, this gave an extremely accurate reading.Several days I walked 3k worth of steps and found the watch results accurate.I personally would highly recommend this watch to anyone I know of my similar age.One thing I found fascinating was how my body reached to different food.I know there are a few reviews out there that don’t think highly of this watch. I can tell you that first, it’s extremely important that you wear the watch securely to your wrist. It’s important that the watch maintains a solid contact with your skin. Secondly I take a shower daily so a clean skin I feel is important. Btw, I remove the watch when taking a shower. When showering, I always use an anti bacterial soap and I would strongly recommend that you never use any lotion or cream on your skin that is in contact or near the watch. Finally, I’m not diabetic but found out that some foods do raise the glucose levels. Since using this watch, I have greatly improved my eating habits. For me, it has been a total life changer for the good.I noticed a person asked about ability to change skin tone color. You can… in the H Band app, at the bottom of the app screen, select mine, then where your email is, tap it and then at the bottom of your profile, there is an option to change your skin tone.I hope this helps you in your decision’s.

Do not buy this watch for blood glucose. NOT ACCURATE
As of last June I was diagnose as a type 2 diabetic. I had high blood glucose reading (343) and was in the hospital for 4 days. Before I was release I was taught to take my blood glucose measurement with a finger tip prick and have a meter determine my blood glucose reading. I need to take two to three blood glucose readings per day. I was very happy to see a smart watch able to take blood glucose readings. Now, I have several smartwatches which I have a couple smartwatches which take blood pressure, blood oxygen, and body temperature accurately.I ask a question to Amazon people who has this watch, how accurate the watch blood glucose reading when compare to a finger prick blood glucose reading and my answer was just a couple of points lower. So with this information, I brought this watch. First the watch came a week late. When I received this watch I compare its reading to my actual finger prick blood glucose reading using a blood glucose meter. This watch does not come even close to the finger prick blood glucose reading. My readings can be from 20 to 70 points lower than the actual reading making this watch blood glucose reading useless! Now it does track the blood glucose trend. When I eat it does go higher however it returns to a very low value. A good example, today this smartwatch blood glucose range from 59 mg/dL minimum, 130 mg/dL maximum and a average value of 81mg/mL average. When I compare my today two readings, one from this morning and one in the evening, the morning reading my blood glucose meter had a reading of 121mg/dL but this smartwatch at the same time had a reading of 71mg/dL. This is a difference of 59 points lower! My evening blood glucose reading from the meter was 118mg/dL but this smartwatch reading at the same time was 79mg/dL. This is a 47 point lower reading!Perhaps this is the first generation smartwatch which can measure blood glucose and I need to wait until the second generation for an accurate blood glucose reading. This is a great idea if this works which will prevent me from pricking my finger several time a day.Good news this smartwatch does has blood glucose measurement in mg/dL which my meter reads and mmol/L. When looking at other blood glucose smartwatches they only have mmol/L which I will need a conversion to match my blood glucose device. On a side note, I have tried Dexcom G6 which was very accurate and Libre which was not accurate (always lower reading by 20 to 30 points when compare to finger prick). From my insurance it was going to cost too much of out of pocket for me to use so I am stuck with the finger prick :-).Let me know if you can find a blood glucose smartwatch which can read in mg/dL and is accurate.

For blood glucose and blood pressure this watch is just a toy.
BC and BP readings are way off. Unit of measurement is in mmol/L. In the USA we use mg/dL. Could not find how to change it. The rest of the options seem to be fine. The skin tone setting is not accessible if you want to change it. The manual translation into English is not up to par. The technology for the BC and BP is not there yet.

Glucose function is very inaccurate
Noticed that I have to convert the blood glucose numbers into mg. Even so the numbers are nowhere close to the finger prick numbers. Blood pressure is close as are the rest of the functions.I bought it for the blood glucose so this item does not help

Very good idea but did not make the cut
I would not purchase again. I compare the reading from my freestyle libre. There is a delay between the two. It marches your blood sugar Maybe two hours earlier. And converting it is a pain

Useful as a watch
Very inaccurate for blood glucose and blood pressure. Says my BG is 98 when it is actually 264. Says my BP is 139/92 when it is actually 119/69. I use it to tell time and count my steps. Very disappointed. Wanted to stop pricking my finger so much but that will not be happening.
