I used these back in 2014 / 2015 and they helped me lose almost 3 stone as used alongside a healthy eating diet on the slimners works plan . Unfortunately I've gained just over a stone so giving them another try .

I have had these several times, someties they work and sometimes they don't, but this time they have done nothing at all. I have left them for a while and I an going to take one this morning and see what happens !!

Sorry to say these tablets r no gud. I never lost any weight at all. I couldn't get in touch with seller so if only one thing to say (don't buy) waste of money & seller don't want to no how this product does nothing to help people with there weight at all.

As a food supplement, adults to take orally 2 capsules daily; one at 9am, one at 1pm. Do not exceed 2 capsules in any one day or take capsules after 3pm. It it recommended that this product is taken in cycles of 3 months on and 1 month off unit your target weight is achieved.

A very small number of people may expierence a slight tickling sensation in their stomach. This is no cause for alarm, just simply halve the daily dosage.
