Expect a curling iron that takes a while to heat and does not have any heat settings. But overall satisfied with it!

I bought this because I was incredibly impressed with their Chopstick Tongs which work quickly and hold incredibly well (for 2 weeks in fact! I know, gross, but I have chronic illness and sometimes can't wash my hair as often as I would like).Unfortunately as I was using these on my hair, I was having to go back and redo the curls as they were dropping out as I went. I played around with my technique and managed to improve it and was happy with the result, but this morning (even after sleeping in a satin bonnet) most of them had dropped out and I had several long, straggly straight chunks.It is also worth noting that I already have curly hair, (I like to use tongs sometimes for a more groomed/tamed look) so having weird straight chunks looked really bad. Very disappointed, had high hopes for this tool.

Product is fantastic for the price. Easy to use and curls the hair fantastic. Each curl different depending on the length of time the hair is held upon the heated wand, highly recommend
