Is it still made in China? **Q: Is the rubber sanding block easy to grip for people with small hands?** A: I would say yes. However the problem with this product is that the nails that hold the paper are too long which makes it VERY difficult to change the paper. I don't even use mine anymore. It;s in the back of a drawer. I find the best sanding block is my 2x2 & 2x4 blocks. I just wrap the paper around & get after it. It is meant for bare wood sanding and the like. For a longer lasting paper, a different grade such as aluminum oxide paper, should be selected. Biggest con is the size.
