I tried using these in my plant business as propagation pots. The lids and base don’t always match up and close. When I first used them I loved the idea of them but after about two weeks they grew mold and killed several plants in my greenhouse. I used them the right way and there was no overwatering involved. If anything I was light on the water. So I don’t recommend them for propagation or seedlings.

It was the first time for me to try out paper pots. I liked the size and the idea that I can write on what I had planted. Later I realized the concept itself is great but the little pots do not hold up to their purpose as long as I will need them to. About 2 weeks into my plant growing journey, the pots started to grow mildew. First I thought I did something wrong but no. It started to decompose. Slowly but surely my sharpie marked pots turned into black so I couldn't read the breed of my peppers anymore. (Did they come with little plastic marking sticks to write on? Yes they did! I just tried not to use them)Did it serve it's purpose? Yes. Would I get them next year? Not sure. I liked the size and it's shape but I had to replant all of my baby tomatoes and peppers, because they needed more room and I needed more sturdy pots.

Bought for school garden club. On kids out in the soil and I had to move it one week later. It was already rejoining the soil. This is what I wanted.

I put these in the 18x10 large black trays with the clear dome lids germinated fast perfect size I don’t think I will have to up-pot them either they are much bigger than the 6 pack ones you get at a supply store with a plant already in them. I bought a second pack the next day. I’ll try to add a picture tomorrow.

I don't know what these are made of but it's not peat. They turn into a fungus if too much water is used.

I love the colors and it's the perfect size for my 8 year old's desk.
