High quality plastic
Linc is an Indian company that started as a plastics company in 1976. I purchased a box of 36 black barrel pens several years ago. I am not even halfway through the box at the time of this writing. They are smooth and the ink is long lasting. BTW, refills from the Bic Cristal and Round Stic will fit in this pen body. So, I haven't discarded any pens. I plan to buy the cheaper Bics locally and pull the ink from them.
