Jayne Copeland Little Girls' Taffeta with Embroidary Border

The dress has a very stiff inner lining in the skirt area. It will not be in touch with skin as it is separated from it by another lining. The purpose of the stiff material (looks like a very cheap tutut) appears to be to make the skirt pouffy. This extra layer is quite unnecessary as it makes the dress heavy. The dress would be lovely without it. With all the several layers of lining, this is not a dress for the warm months. Will return it.
