I do not feel the support at all. Moreover I have to use two pillows instead of one because one its like having no pillow at all. I really start to wonder if it's a double surround pillow, because it feels like a regular down/feather pillow. If you are a side sleeper than this pillow is not for you at all! She likes them so much, she won't let me use one.
