Bought this for my mum for christmas as she loves candles and amethyst. Safe to say she was very happy with it and it’s a great value for money!

The media could not be loaded.  Very strong smelling. Once lit I couldn't smell it so much, i'm thinking my noise just climatised to the smell.It's a very pretty candle, almost a shame to light it.The dried lavender makes the flame sparkle and increased the flame size first, nothing worrying though.Thank you

Presentation can be a very subjective thing. Personally, I wasn't so keen on this aspect of this lavender soy candle which in my opinion did not have the more high end look I'd hope for from a relatively small sized jar candle at this price point. It arrives in a white card box with a label to the front - which does at least indicate it's soy wax if you're considering gifting.The jar it's in is in a frosted ombre effect with lavender tones towards the base fading to clear towards the top. Unusually, there are liberal sprinkles of dried lavender on top of the candle once you lift the silver toned lid. Not only this, there's a few chunks of polished amethyst too.I had to mention the superficials as so often scented candles are gifted - but that's certainly not all that's worth comment when it comes to this candle. Generally, lavender isn't a favourite fragrance of mine when I think of candles - but I love the smell of lavender plants in a garden. This soy wax candle has more of an authentic lavender aroma than other lavender scented candles I've had. And I like it.I found that the slightly tacky looking sticky label on the jar peeled off cleanly leaving no residue and, without it, the ombre jar looked much better. So, I'm still no fan of the presentation - but the candle itself with its clean burning soy wax is actually rather good.

Lovely candle that smells lush and would make a nice gift. Just be mindful that the wick is a bit lethal the second time around. I don't know what happened but the wick had curled under itself, so when it came to relighting the candle the flame was huge and the jar ended up red hot. Also, I took the amethyst crystals out before burning as it didn't seem safe but there was nothing on the box to say you should do that. I personally think that is a bit of a safety hazard.

Very pretty to look at and it smells beautiful, soy wax to which is always a winner.

dangerous as i didn't expect the whole candle to set on fire and fill the room with black smoke!

I am really impressed with the presentation of this candle, the look is really stylish which is perfect to have displayed around your home. The jar feels very good quality and has a lovely lid along with the scent of the candle displayed nicely on the front.The candle itself smells beautiful when lit, its strong and pleasant.Overall, really impressed with these candle, it is beautiful and leaves the room smelling wonderful so great value for money. They also burn for a long time and burn down evenly (make sure you leave the candle lit for at least an hour before blowing it out however to ensure an even burn).

Eine schöne kleine Kerze, bei der meiner Meinung nach das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmt und zum Verschenken nicht wirklich geeignet ist - jedenfalls nicht so, wie ich das Produkt erhalten habe. Auch wenn es aus einem Test stammt, mag ich nicht glauben, dass dafür "B-Ware" verschickt wird?Das Glas ist irgendwie kleiner, als ich es erwartet habe, jedoch wenn man genau liest, entdeckt man 150 Gramm .. was einem eigentlich schon sagt, dass es sich um ein kleines Glas handeln muss. Laut Hersteller werden nur gute Grundlagen verwendet und auf schädliche Chemikalien und ähnliches verzichtet. Hierfür muss man dann wohl den hohen Preis in Kauf nehmen. Ob er gerechtfertigt ist, kann ich tatsächlich nicht beurteilen. Mir persönlich ist es aber für das, was ich erhalte, definitiv zu viel.Der weiße Umkarton weist angestupste Ecken auf und ist leicht schmuddelig. Das mag dem Transport geschuldet sein - daher hierfür keine Abzüge.Öffnet man den Karton kommt ein kleines hübsches Kärtchen zum Vorschein. Darunter verbirgt sich die Kerze mit einem metallischen Deckel. Dieser weist jedoch zahlreiche Kratzer auf, die nicht vom Transport stammen können. Und das finde ich schade. Es sieht aus, als wäre die Kerze schon länger in irgendeinem Schrank oder so herumgeflogen. Wenn ich so etwas verschenke, möchte ich so eine Optik nicht haben. Hierfür einen Punkt Abzug.Öffnet man das Glas, sieht man die versprochenen Blüten und Kristalle. Das ist ungefähr ähnlich, wie man es auch auf den Produktbildern sieht. Ob es sich wirklich um Amethyst-Kristalle handelt, kann ich leider nicht beurteilen.Der Geruch ist gut, typisch Lavendel, den man entweder mag - oder eben nicht. Ich persönlich mag ihn sehr. Der Docht brennt gut und das Wachs weicht gleichmäßig auf. Ob es Mücken wirklich vertreibt, konnten wir nicht feststellen, jedoch konnten wir auch keine entdecken, das mag also stimmen.Ich würde für das Produkt gern eine 3.5 vergeben - da es nicht möglich ist, habe ich aufgrund der Optik und des teuren Preises die 3 gewählt.

Duftet sehr angenehm.

Ich liebe Lavendel und als ich diese Duftkerze sah, musste ich sie haben.Aber ich stellte sie mir nicht so dermaßen schön vor, denn oft hat man bei solcherlei Sachen eher Brösel statt Blüten als Dekor. Überzeugt bzw. neugierig machten mich auch die Amethyste. Ich habe ein Faible für Steine und finde Amethyste wunderschön. In Kerzen hatte ich Halbedelsteine noch nie gesehen. Auch hier erwartete ich allerdings eher ein paar blasse Bruchstücke oder Splitter und ging davon aus, dass die Produktfotos etwas aufgehübscht wurden. Weit gefehlt!Ich war sowas von begeistert, als ich das Glas öffnete. Herrlicher Duft, drei superschöne dunkle Amethyst-Trommelsteine und Lavendelblüten wie frisch aus dem Garten. Das Glas selbst hat einen sehr hübschen Farbverlauf von Violett bis Weiß, der Aludeckel ist innen mit Silikondichtung, um den Duft lange zu erhalten.Das ist eine wunderschöne und außergewöhnliche Duftkerze. Sie verdient absolut die volle Sternzahl und ich kann den Kauf - auch als Geschenk - nur empfehlen.
