You don't need much !
This packs a punch right down your 'Piperine', new word for me to research, helps explain why this is pungent , also has claimed health benefits ! The mention of 'Tellicherry' in the description helped my final selection no end ! This is ground to a powder & you get lots of it, I always try to source Organic & it goes on virtually anything I eat !

Ausha quality product is superb and certified organic by British trading standard authority. I purchased turmeric moringa powder and beetroot powder all the product are top notch.

Fine Pepper switched for Coarse
I used to buy a lot of this fine pepper on repeat order, but then they changed it to coarse and I ended up with lots of unuseable pepper which is like having rocks in your food, not happy, had to switch to another brand.
