It does not work on PS5 games. It will only work on PS5 with PS4 games.

Has razer added a middle pivot to the d-pad to fix the neutral skip problem?

Yes. I just received mine today and it did actually have a pivot under the D-Pad. It is impossible to press left and right at the same time on this controller now. Apparently there was a revision at some point to fix the neutral skip problem but it's hard to find news from Razer over the matter. For what it's worth, I can at least confirm that my Raion model did have the pivot straight out of the box.

How durable is the controller?

I’ve had two of these and I’ve always seemed to accidentally step on them and both headphone ports are messed up. Great controller but be careful not to step on it.
