Internal Medicine Correlations and Clinical Scenarios (CCS) USMLE Step 3 (Correlations & Clinical Scenarios for the USMLE Step 3)

Great supplement for MTB Step 3 and should be used as that - supplement/adjunct book for learning thoroughly. The format is done very nicely, and it is nice how it has the added basic science also incorporated into the book. I have added this and the peds CCS to supplement the MTB step 3 in the learning process. I recommend it for mostly IMG's, but if AMG's have the time to browse - it is highly recommended to do so.

I am an RN who works in a trauma hospital, this helped me a lot in the fast paced routine we have and to consciously consider a lot of stuff in taking care of my patients. It helped me to be better and better with my practice especially on the important things to watchout for per patient condition. Labs to do, expected symptoms and the things we need to prevent. Awesome book! I highly recommend this.

It should have a CD to practice the cases with, without it I feel its pointless. You must practice the actual exam and the last time I checked its not a written exam. Rather rushing to publish books, they should involve a software company to transfer the cases so people can PRATICE. We are not encyclopedias. However the book is great and has the right content.

I did not find this book helpful at all. Additionally, some of the information is wrong or outdated despite only being a few years old. Stick with UWorld.

I like the way this is written and it is enjoyable. Good concise information delivered in an express way. I hope this really helps me pass the exam so i will let you know following up this review.

I love Dr. Fischer and his style. Its a must have book.

A reasonable reference for explaining why we do what we do in medicine. Not an indepth reference.

I ended up buying this book a week or so before my exam and went through it along with all of the uworld cases- this book helped helped with the long term management of some cases and gives you a wide variety of cases to review from.
