Snailax Shiatsu Massage Cushion with Heat Massage Chair Pad Kneading Back Massager for Home Office Seat use

I purchased this Snailax Back Massage Cushion for first time a few months ago as a gift for my wife , who had frequently complained of back pain from her work as facial specialist. She immediately loved it and has used frequently at our home for back pain relief. She often takes with her to share during breaks at her salon for her and her coworkers and customers , and they love it as well. I was initially concerned about its durability, but after 4 months of heavy usage it has passed that test with flying colors! And backed under warranty as well! I often experience occasional lower back pain myself from sitting long hours in my job as a food delivery driver, and have utilized it many times for back relief. So I ordered this second one so I can always have it available to use myself! I for first time placed in my car driver seat yesterday to use while waiting for delivery orders and it was wonderful!The massage cushion is very light weight and can easily moved from chair or sofa in one room to another. Control features allow you to select the specific area of back you would like the rolling massage to be concentrated or can also select full, lower, or upper back massage. You can choose seat vibration intensity and turn on cushion heat if desired as well.My family members and I are 100% satisfied with this product and would highly recommend to anyone contemplating purchasing one for back pain relief or just for a very comfortable in chair rolling massage.

Ordered on 07/17. I've tried different brands and types in stores like Macy's and others so have tried different types/versions to get a grasp of what one feels like before ordering. I work in a cubicle and the normal standard chairs that come with the office. There's a Velcro strap on the back to attach to the chair and fits really well. I normally do full back and vibration at the bottom. It works great, not super deep massage and the timer works and shuts off after 5, 10 or 15 min (I normally do 15 min). Easy to set up, comes with 3-year extended warranty, material is nice and easy to clean. The top of my head doesn't have support even with the pillow at the top, maybe the way I have it set but it still feels comfortable to recline back. I don't regret this purchase at all.

I highly recommend this product for the price point. (I got it on a sale.) I am a person who loves deep tissue massages and I am not sensitive at all - I prefer it HARD. I would say for an at home device, that the strength is quite impressive. For me, I would love if it were even a little stronger, but it’s very effective as is. I don’t use the vibration at all- feels like a total waste and not useful, but maybe others are into it. It’s kind of a bummer that with the way it’s shaped, it doesn’t really hit my neck at all. But the full back otherwise gets a very nice rub down. I also sometimes put it on the floor and lay belly down, and get a massage to my front- chest and stomach area. The heat function is key- it does take a little time to warm up, but once it does, it helps loosen the tissues. I do wish that when you put it on the “spot” function, where it stays massaging over one area, that it wouldn’t keep changing directions- it pauses and resets the spinning massage points in a way that’s kinda annoying- like I wish it would just keep going without the pause. My complaints are minor, and again, I think it’s a really good deal for what it is.

I have been using this for about 3 months now in my office chair and my lower back doesn't hurt after work anymore. I love the heat option especially when you get cold in the office. I do not use the vibration setting very much so I can't tell you to much about it. It is quite and super easy to set up. If you hurt in your lower back buy this now, it is kind of the equivalent to the roller bed at the chiropractor office.

Follow the instructions on this one. Use in fifteen minute sessions max, max 3 times a day. The reason that this and all other massage products time out after 15 min. is for safety, so that you don't damage the nerves in your back. Use this in an upright chair, do not use it in a recliner or try to lay on it. Put it aside when you are not using it, this is not a replacement cushion for your chair.The knobs on this one are soft yet firm. The heat works great. I use it on a daily basis and it helps loosen my back. The knobs don't completely reach all parts of you back but rather along each side of the spine which works for me just fine.If it does not get low enough then the manual does suggest sitting on pillow to raise yourself. But be warned, it will hurt if the knobs hit your pelvis bone.
