I gave them a bad review at first because I had contacted them about their product and they did not initially get right back to me, but they reached out to me and sent us a replacement product. You do not find many companies that stand behind their product and their customers like this company. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you Zadro for showing all the other companies how to treat their customers.It worked great for awhile, but then quit working. Did not have it a year. Reached out to the company and did not receive a response. This is a lot of money to spend for it to quit working so quickly.

Works like a charm. So wonderful to get wrapped up in a warm towel when getting out of the shower or bath. Small footprint. Heats up quickly. Highly recommended.

This is a very convenient way of warming up towels, hair towels or bath robes. My wife and kids use this everyday. It warms well within 15 minutes of use and feels like a towel coming straight out of a dryer.

I have looked at towel warmers for probably a decade and now I have no idea how I would get get alone ng without it. There are multiple types on Amazon, so I picked one I like the looks of. The instruction for use are simple. Best hint: put your towels in this about 15 minutes before you shower to get them thoroughly warmed. I've put nightgown and robe in there, too. I wish I purchased this when I was still living somewhere cold.

Worked well, towels were very warm. Lasted just over a year, lights work but no heat. Inside is flaking as well. Moving from 4 stars to 1, the value isn’t worth the price paid.

I didn't know what I was missing until I got this item. Just pop in your towel (or two) and hit the button. When you're done with your shower or bath a nice warm towel is waiting for you. Heats up quickly. Easy to us. The only down side is that the lids crack easily. The first time a crack developed in just a couple of months. The second time it took a bit longer but it cracked again. I know that it's just a plastic lid but it should be stronger and more resistant to heat.

Works well as intended and the gift was a big hit. Have had it for a month and no problems so far. If you love warm towels after a shower on a cold day or any day this product does a great job.

Great product for a hot tub in winter. It can hold two towels and might take about 15 minutes to warm them up. They won’t be as hot as a dryer but it is just so lovely to come out of a hot tub to a nice warm towel. I find the bucket version better than a wall hanging dryer like my parents used to have because it keeps the whole towel warm. My life hack is to put my towel in the dryer while I’m getting ready and then pop it into the bucket by the door to the backyard while I’m hot tubbing. This makes it maintain a higher heat level but is probably unnecessary. Lid is light plastic but the whole thing is cute. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Great product

Loved the idea and design, think we got a bad one as after 30 mins the towels were not warm, and we set to 45. Returned and got full refund without an issue. Interesting i paid $327 and after we returned i saw at Costco for 99 and tried another, works fantastic and so far would recommend! Had for about a week and use pretty much every day after the hot tub!

Have used this product for quite some time now and it works great.

The product appears to work well. The wooden legs that it rests upon are not quite perfectly levelled so the unit rocks back and forth a wee bit if it was checked for stability, but it is still able to function properly.
