It does not relieve or heal the redness
What it does pretty well is acts as a red color concealer. It’s a lite green & over my red areas under my eyes which are constantly red & puffy, I use it like makeup & blend carefully & it defuses the bright red better than makeup. I wish it was more healing but I can’t see that it is. I will order again just for the concealment. It’s also well priced.
