This is a great item. Very sturdy and I like the long nozzle accessory for when I'm cleaning my car. The battery can be detached for charging which saves having the machine sat in the way. The filter system is easy to empty and clean with the added bonus of three spare filters. The battery is a good size and does take a while to recharge. Maybe you would order a spare battery if you don't want to wait for the 1st one to charge up. The extension for the carpet roller brush is telescopic which is a great feature. It picks up very well and for the money it's very good value. Great value for the money

I was going to buy the henry pet vacuum but really didn't want to pay all that money. I'm so glad I didn't. The most important thing for me was that it had to be lightweight as awaiting shoulder surgery so need one that wasn't heavy. This is perfect so easy to push & lift. Great hoover. The only downside to this hoover is the battery takes hours to charge hence the 4 stars. If you can cope with that then it's overall perfect

I absolutely love this hoover! The last one I had was from a very well known brand and it was heavy, took ages to clean out and it had the suction power of a goldfish! This make is very light, which, as a disabled person with crutches, makes it so much easier to use. The movement itself, for example, turning it either way took no effort and it's also very easy to switch between the accessories. The suction on this is amazing and having two different settings of power makes it so much easier to go from one type of flooring to another. Cleaning it is easy and requires no effort and it's easy to store because it's slender and stands alone. I'd highly recommend this product and especially to anyone with disabilities because I know a lot of disabled people struggle with the heavy hand held types, but this really is the lightest and most powerful hoover I've ever had!

Exactly as pictured. Was extremely impressed with this vac, hasn't been fully tested yet as for a family member but quick try and seems very good. Would definitely recommend for the price, looks very sturdy, lightweight and easy to use. One thing I am amazed at is how everything has been designed so you don't have to touch anything that's dirty the nozzle is used to remove the filter for cleaning and the slide mechanism for emptying make it easy, especially for anyone with dexterity problems. Cannot recommend enough.

Only had this just over a year and though it was great to start with: picking up cat hair and lightweight for my arthritis, was so pleased. Now it only picks up with repeated hoovering - then deposits everything back onto the carpet!! Typically, I won’t be able to replace as warranty ran out - conveniently - three months ago. Really unhappy and now have to save up for a decent Vax.Be warned.

Not bad! Bought this as a present and so far the person is pleased. It was easy to assemble, it came in a small and compact box which we loved, and it did have many different parts and more that 1 filter ( you get 3 filters, great!!) The machine operate good, has a good suction, it does the job and collect dust and dirt from the surfaces. The only thing is not likes, is that the head is a bit chunky and don't follow corner shapes so it's pretty rigid, but a part of this is all good. Love the light as it helps seen dust better. You can charge easily just putting the battery on charge and removing it from the whole body, great thing for whoever has a small house and don't want to have the whole hoover taking space around.

Two settings for power and easy to change speeds. Easy to put together. Good suction, we have a pet and most hair is picked up. Light weight and stores upright. Head turns smoothly to clean all areas of flooring. Would prefer a UV light on the front to show hairs like some other brands have. But good value for money, would recommend.
