It works nicely for the wall next to a door to a dark entrance and works 95% of the time mounted on top of a door frame. It's easy to install, stick it on and it makes a strong seal, though for extremely hot temps I'm not sure about that.Brightness is bright enough to see, a bit dim if you're maybe over 2 steps away. The light won't activate with a moderate, direct surrounding light like sunlight.One place you may not want to place the light is under a kitchen cabinet if the room is not brightly lit, because it would probably activate no matter what and use up battery more than you'd want.They are lightweight, feel slightly cheap, but seems good price. They have a slightly aimable lens, a quality issue in one of mine means the aim won't stay. But they said they will replace it if I contact them.

So very satisfied. They work so very well. Unfortunately, they have been dropped several times, but they keep on shining! You can even move the little ball thing to direct the light. Light stays on for just the right amount of time.

The lights themselves are great so far. They work well for what we wanted them for, which was lighting around a window in a room that gets very little natural light. The adhesive though was not the best, which is why I only rated it 4 stars. The stickiness was pretty much non-existent on the painted window frame. Both corners fell off with-in a few hours. We did have to secure all the clips with the screws that were thankfully provided. Other than that we really like the wide range of colors choices that can be chosen with the app also. They've only been up about 3 days but so far we're happy with the lighting. We would most likely purchase them again. Be aware though, I believe the length of the light rope given also includes the adapter and it's black cord.

The package of 3 was delivered on time and wrapped. Each light was easy to add batteries and mount. We stuck them on the inside door frames of closets that did not have additional lighting. The lights are bright, easy to adjust the direction. The motion sensor works exactly like I intended. When I open the closet door, the motion sensor turns on the light. I highly recommend using these lights. We liked them so much that we ordered 6 more for our new home.

I put one of these at the entrance of my motorhome so I always have a light when entering motorhome. I also use one above my dogs food / water bowl so he has light if he needs a drink in the middle of the night. I placed the last one in the bathroom for those late night bathroom trips. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely purchase again. The light is bright. Battery life has been good so far.

These lights work well. Motion sets them off & they put out a lot of light.I have an old dog who is almost blind. I put these low on the wall in the hallway, and above his dog door on the inside & outside. It provides good light for him & me.

These lights work and do the job. The feature to turn the direction of motion sensor comes handy if you install these at higher than your height position. They are very light and not sturdy. You have to buy batteries.

This is the second time purchasing and they work great. Last year the adhesive came off but to be fair we put them in a shipping container and during the summer they fell off. We purchased 3M adhesive to ensure it stays on and will see how that does but the lights are amazing.
