Gritin 19 LED Rechargeable Book Light for Reading in Bed - Memory Function

​This is the second Gritin book light I’ve ordered, and I am absolutely thrilled with it. The first one was quickly taken by my son, who loves reading before bed, so I just had to get another one for myself! ​The battery life is impressive and lasts a very long time. Easy to charge. I love that it features 3 color modes and multiple brightness levels, allowing you to customize the perfect light for your eyes. It is also incredibly easy to adjust, twists smoothly, and clips securely to any book without slipping. Highly recommended for all book lovers!

This is a brilliant clip on book reading light which I use daily. The range of brightness and option of light colours to suit your personal taste is great as is being able to alter and switch from mode to mode. The buttons to change modes are on the back of the light and easily reached however the only issue I have with this is if changing colour or brightness you cannot do it one handed. You have to hold and press buttons to make changes and as light is on bendy neck clipped to book it tends to fall forward and drop down toward book page. So you need to press button with one hand and support light with the other. This is just a small grumble and the benefits far outway negatives. Great range of colour brightness and colour tones to suit your own taste and light falls completely onto the page for you to be able to read clearly. The clip to hold light onto book really strong and the bendy neck is easily moved into a shape to allow light to fall where you want. Ideal if you want to read in bed and your other half wants to go to sleep as light is directed onto book page not around the room. One of my items bought online which I actually use daily and can say it's definitely worth the money and can recommend. Update (December 2024), I have just bought another 2 of these lights for my sisters small on the Christmas Tree presents as they saw how useful this book light is and were very impressed with it. I'm still using mine daily and have only had to recharge battery a couple of times - fantastic battery length - very pleased with this purchase.

Wow, how did I ever manage without one of these before now? Bought it because I expect to be in hospital soon recovering from major back surgery (four weeks in bed, probably). I might want to read a book, or use my laptop, and don't want a bright overhead light that disturbs folk in the other beds. I'm a bit of a night owl, with peculiar sleep habits. But already I'm using this thing almost daily. Like a handy torch... But it doesn't just clip on. The heavy clip has one side flat and rubberised, so it can be used as a stand, too. If you're fed up trying to balance a phone torch to illuminate something, or need that hand free, then this thing will do the job. Never mind the intended use, of illuminated a page to read with soft light that won't keep others awake. Five brightness settings, your choice of bright white, orange, or combined light sources, flexible neck that bends and twists into whatever shape you need, rechargable via USB cable... This is without question the handiest gadget I have ever bought.

I purchased this book light because I like reading in bed but my wife can't sleep when there's much light in the room. The book light feels good quality. It clips easily onto my book and the light strip is a good length so covers both pages of an open book. I like that there are three 'light types' (bright, warm, natural) and three lighting strengths. You don't need to worry about whether this will be powerful enough to read your book, actually to the contrary, I wish it could go dimmer. Even on the weakest setting, my wife says it's too bright. I'll keep using it though, it sits solidly on my book, is easy to charge and is really lightweight so can go wherever my book does.

Really impressed with this light. It's a nice shape for reading - illuminates the whole page. I've taken it out camping for 2 weeks with only one charge before I left, and it's still full battery! I've even used it as a bit of a torch because on the brightest setting it's perfectly suitable. The clip is awesome, I clip it to all sorts and it stays put. Genuinely really good product and I'm thrilled with it.

Excellent little reading light! It clips securely onto my book and provides just the right amount of light for reading in bed. The brightness is perfect, enough to read comfortably without disturbing my husband by having the main light on. The battery life is great, it's lightweight, and very easy to use. Definitely a worthwhile purchase and one I would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys reading at night.

Good range if brightness options. Stays charged for a long time. Can be stood up on its own base and makes a useful night light in general.

Brilliant. I thought it would be flimsy, but stand corrected. The different levels of light is great, and so bright. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous light with multiple settings . I dont upset the hubby now when reading at night.
