I have used this product for facial hair for 20+ years. I'm on here to help with mixing instructions! You will find that it's difficult to mix the product in the little cup provided. It is much easier to mix on a flat plastic surface, such as a small plate or a hotel key card. The product for many years came with a credit-card sized plastic sheet for mixing. You can properly blend the product that way, instead of trying to scoop the cream out of the crevices in the cup. I don't know what rocket scientist came up with the "improved" mixer. Also in case you end up with instructions that tell you to fill the cup with cream to the first line, and powder to the next--that's nearly impossible! The cream is not that pliable. Just use the proportions 1 part power to 2 parts creme and blend it really well. It works great.

i am very wary of applying anything new to my skin since i have very sensitive skin. i did do a test patch on the back of my ear for about 15 mins (which i know is not enough as what is recommended in the instructions) and it was fine. it didn't burn or turn super red, so i took the risk and used this on my eyebrows.i've never used bleached on my hair ever so i was scared at first and didn't do a thick enough layer at first. i've been using this for about 3 months now and feel confident enough to slab on layers of this on my eyebrows to lighten them. i leave it on for about 10 mins and add 5 mins if i want them to look lighter. for reference, i have thick black eyebrows. it does have a strong bleach smell but it personally doesn't bother me or give me headaches.i highly recommend this for anyone who wants to start bleaching their eyebrows!

takes much longer to work than other brand. still irritates as much as other, this one you have to use at least 3 times to achieve results you get from 1 time on other brand.

This dye is actually amazing! I’ve always had super dark eyebrows, and I remember someone mentioning that lightening them could make your facial features pop. They weren’t wrong! I did leave it on a bit longer than recommended—around 20 minutes instead—but I love how it turned out. It’s so easy to use and beginner-friendly. Totally worth it!
