This product is so flavorful and crunchy. I love this brand cereal so I thought I would try this item. I eat plain Greek yogurt with fruit and I started adding this in just to give it some crunch. I also tried the. Cinnamon apple and love that one as well. So I can only vouch for the cinnamon apple and the cinnamon raisin as being extremely flavorful crunchy and satisfying. The packaging is also great as it takes me a while to finish a bag and it never goes stale. Definitely a healthy way to start off the morning.

A little bit sweet, but good with added fruit in yogurt. No wheat listed and I have not had any gluten reactions to it. Lasts a while without getting stale.
