I had struggled with hyper flashing when I changed to LED turn signals and canbus LEDS did not work. Since non of the flasher st autozone worked as well I had to go with this one. I did not try the flasher speed feature as the stock speed was fine. If your going to use for the Crown Victoria, I would suggest using the wiring harness for the turn signal stock. You will need to remove the plastic pieces on the steering wheel. The connector should be directly behind the 4 way flasher buttons. Your going to need the solid light blue and the red with white strip wires. The Red with white stripe wire is theb12v constant and the blue will be the load. This requires more plastic to remove to get too in comparison to the Light module.
