Received broken product
I received a broken terrarium with wood chips in it. The product was not usable.

10/10 would buy again
Easy to assemble, came in one piece with no broken glass. Customer service is excellent, I was shipped a wrong part with mine but they've offered to send a replacement, which I accepted. Very nice and polite people. The terrarium itself works wonderfully for my leo, and the mesh on top is sturdy enough for lights to sit on.

Only a few months in and the closure is already failing
The tank is well constructed and sturdy, but the mechanism that's supposed to keep the sliding door locked in place is already failing; one of the doors easily opens even when "locked". Our snake got out last night which alerted us to the issue. Luckily he'd huddled up in a box nearby and hadn't been hurt by the cats or hurt either of them.Given the expense of the tank ad a whole and the otherwise good construction of the tank, this is really disappointing, especially after only about 5 months of use.

Snake loves it
Our snake needed a shorter but long tank that was front opening this was perfect.

Very easy to assemble.
I live the front doors. I might go for forward opening next time. Easy to take apart for cleaning. I like it so much I have 2.

Perfect Tank For a Snake
I recently got the 55-gallon tank and I'm quite satisfied with it. The front sliding glass door makes it very convenient to access, especially when compared to my previous standard tank. Although assembly was a bit tricky, the final product is definitely worth it because of its durability and sturdiness.
