I taken a good mixed probiotic for many years. But when I added this one to my regimen, I really noticed a difference. Not sure why, but rarely ever get that bloated feeling anymore as well as other benefits that it provides. I used this to make yogurt and it turned out really well. It was very thick on the first batch. When I ordered it was only in the 70s. I think people who said it didn’t work might have had it get to warm during shipping. Don’t order in the heat of summer.

Too early to tell if effective

My husband was looking for this particular strain to help with some issues he has. It is too early to see if it works or not though.

Used to make yogurt (look it up). It’s awesome stuff. So awesome we went and bought an expensive Luvele yogurt maker and no regrets.

I am very happy with this product. It has greatly improved my gut. I will continue to take it...I add it to my green drink in the morning. Feeling much better.
