I have been looking for vitamins and stuff like that for better health and better habits. I have been taking multis, vitamin c, d, fish oil, all the basics. I started looking into sea moss and found that it has alot to offer. I ordered because for $15 bucks it seemed like an inexpensive option to try out. I have been taking them for 3 weeks and can certainly feel a difference if I dont take them for 1 day. I clean out more (just be wary since it helps with digestion, but it is not like a laxative because you dont feel like you’re about to blow unless you hold it for a while). Throughout the day I do not feel as tired or lazy and am constantly able to move around and do things, BUT nothing like caffeine. I have energy that is non jittery and it feels so natural and nice and there is no crash at the end of the day. I am 24 and am trying to keep my health up for the long run. I dont know too much about pain relief but I am able to recover from tasks quickly. There are other options with higher dosages, but I feel that this is a perfect amount. My face and skin is better than it has been (I also have a skincare routine) and I just feel better overall. This will definitely stay in my life and with it not being expensive, this is a definite good supplement.

I got purchased these because, of the 3 ingredients and the very affordable price. They do give me a boost of energy when I take them, within 30-45 minutes I notice I have energy. There is no taste since it's in capsule form. I have take these for maybe a year off and on, I subscribe for bi-monthly deliver. I get a complete blood work done off, and I have noticed ed my numbers are great and my liver bile was within range,before my liver bile level was high. So I'm guessing it's working for other things as well. I will continue to subscribe as long as the prices stays affordable.
