Easy to use, fits well at any point. I used them for a broken foot and torn tendon on other foot. The Velcro and long elastic straps make them fit wherever on the body they are needed.

The ice pack is thin which is good for this application. It cools quick in the freezer. I was also able to use my laptop without much interference while I had this wrapped around my wrist.The sleeve is also good: soft and good Velcro.A small problem is that I’m not able to focus the ice on the base of my thumb where I need it the most.Instead, the most chillness is felt at the ulnar side of the wrist (base of the little finger). So, this would be a great fit for carpal-tunnel issues.However, I am able to overcome this problem by not using the thumb hole. Instead, I simply wrap this around my wrist and I can adjust it to suit my needs. Adding a star.

Not a bad item just a little difficult to get the ice pack in and out of the sleeve. Would be nice if they included a freezer bag to help prevent smells transferring like my knee one has

Easy to use. Only bad part is the ice pack doesn't stay cold for more than 10 mins or so. Was expecting a little longer but still a good product. I bought 2 - one for each hand.

I got these for my carpal tunnel and they are amzing.!

It was good, by far the most comfortable and well fitting of all the braces I have stacked around my house. I feel like a hoarder of braces at this point. My wrist is 6.5” and I got the smaller one. With the ice pack it was hard to velcro around my wrist and the two ends of the brace do not meet, a larger one may have been better when it comes to the hot/cold pack being inserted idk but it worked well enough for the short time using the hot/cold pack. *At first the Velcro that wraps around the thumb was tough and irritating in the crack of my hand but that soon frayed and softened. *the Velcro doesn’t last long and stops sticking as you can see in one of my pictures i have stuck a strap of Velcro to the top wrist band and thumb band, that worked for a bit.*I work with the humane society so please excuse the dog hair and dust. I bought 7/21 and it’s 9/20 today (two months) in one picture you will see the metal splint tearing through the fabric which is NOT durable. If you are doing leisurely work at a computer then this will hold up better for you but I am very active and outdoors a lot and this lasted two months. Overall I think it’s comfortable and I could sleep in it, it needs work with the felt like material used that is the receiver of the Velcro bands and is also the entire fabric of the exterior brace. The Velcro is also very tiny/short teeth and could be more adhesive, considering the amount of activity the hands meet and brushing on things etc.* with the Velcro not sticking well, it really doesn’t hold tight to refrain the thumb in that outwards/backwards extension you really want to avoid.with stronger Velcro and exterior material ( especially where the splint is) this could be a 5⭐️ brace, unfortunately with these issues and it lasting 2 measly months, I am back in the market for a new brace 😭, I would likely purchase this one again and maybe just wear it when sleeping and not during the day but I haven’t been sleeping with any brace to let my hand free while inactive. Idk

Great for wrist and thumb pain

I am a HUGE fan of this product. I have tendon issues in my wrist, but I also play violin and that sometimes causes the tendon problems to flare up. I bought these so I could try using the heated compress prior to playing, and the cold compress afterwards. It works well! I love that it comes with 3 gel inserts, so you can keep at least one at room temperature and at least one in the freezer. It takes a bit of finagling with the wrap to have it sit on your wrist comfortably, and be careful to not overheat the gel, but otherwise, this product works great.I ordered one for my mom (she has carpal tunnel) and she likes it too!
